4/21/2022 - Update after using this treadmill for about a year I use the treadmill 4 to 5 times a week for 2.5 miles at 3.5 MPH over varying inclines from 0 to 3. The treadmill has been flawless so far. Highly recommended. End of Update I also would NOT get a treadmill without auto incline. Doing it manually means getting off the treadmill and manually adjusting a plastic piece at the rear of the treadmill. Belt width on this treadmill is 16.5", length is 49.5". I'm 5' 10" and if not careful (and my feet move towards the rear of the treadmill a little). I can feel where the belt is joined. Staying a little forward avoids that. Very easy to assemble comprising 6 bolts with lock washers and 4 screws. Their screw driver isn't much good, I would use your own. They provide two allen wrenches of slightly different sizes but only one size is needed. The treadmill appears very sturdy, easy to fold up, easy to let down again. Bluetoothj speakers work OK to my Android phone. Not great speakers but wouldn't expect them to be great (after all, it is a treadmill). The speakers are certainly listenable to. The treadmill motor is very quiet also. I did purchase the mat by Sunny that the treadmill sits on. Per the instructions, I did lube under the belt before use. Probably worth ordering more when you order the treadmill. Using more than 5 hours per week...they recommend lubing monthly. All in all, a very good treadmill (not that I am any expert <g>). Update 2/21/2021 I’ve used this for the last several weeks now. I really like the treadmill. Seems to be well made, was well packed. The only very minor gripe I have is that between my phone volume control and the volume control on the treadmill it is a little difficult to get the volume just right. Either a little too soft or a little too loud. Not a big deal. The treadmill really needs a more granular volume control. Update 2/27/2021 I don't take any stock in the pulse readings. I see wildly fluctuating numbers given during various times during my walking sessions. I walk 2.5 miles at 3.5mph 6 times per week. I see pulse fluctuations from the 80/90 mark after, say 1 mile, and release my fingers or thumbs from the handles. 20 or 30 seconds later, when testing again, I see figures in the 120/130 range and once as high as 170. 20 or seconds later it is back to 80/90. Doesn't make sense to me. Update 4/1/2021 I sent an email to the manufacturer about 4 weeks ago. I had an observation about the display showing "Fat" and the manual showing "BMI" as well as asking a question about programming custom treadmill programs. As of today, I have had NO REPLY. Makes me wonder what would happen if I had a warranty claim (I don't ATM). Still not a good indication of support from the company. Lowering the rating to 3* due to this. 6 month (or so) update. Having used this treadmill for around 6 months, I have raised the rating to 4*. The only real issue that I can mildly criticize is that the volume steps seem to be too far apart to get the volume to a level that I am OK with. It's either a bit too loud or too soft. I have played with the volume on both the treadmill and my phone but can never seem to quite get it right. All in all, not much of a criticism hence raising the review to 4*

I have literally read so many reviews of treadmills, and searched high and low until I found one that seemed would be a good fit for me. The Sunny Health brand beat the Proform and other local store brands in reviews and in quality from what I found online. I also wanted a treadmill with a small footprint, so it could easily fit in my home, and something that I could both walk and run on. I also wanted an automatic incline, if affordable, to make things easier on me and prevent getting on and off the treadmill. This Sunny Health treadmill met all my requirements for an affordable price, and I'm truly happy I went with this one. When it comes in, let me say, please have two people ready. I am a 5'2, 100 pound female whose husband helped to get it over the threshold into the house and then I slid it across my floors to my six foot long nook. Total mistake. Reason? Because I didn't realize which end was which and I wanted this to face the patio door in my nook so I could look outside while on it. Another mistake? My nook is situated behind the couch with a wall opposite it, so I had a narrow space to work with and unboxing this thing took me a good hour and a half as my husband decided this was the best time to nap, and I refused to not woman up and have it put together when he woke up. I'm an idiot. LOL! This is so nicely packaged that there was no worry about the device having any damage, and I managed to lay it flat, and took a box cutter to cut the whole top off. I was doing a jig at this point because the treadmill looks fantastic and I knew I could get it out in ten minutes. Oh how wrong I was. The front of the device is HEAVY, and as someone who hasn't gone to the gym since I had my last child, my arm strength is lacking. I couldn't move it up an inch. What's more is that there are wood pieces holding this thing in place that are glued to the bottom of the packaging. I had to somehow pick it up to go over those humps. I struggled for an hour and a half until I got my two kids to step in the are of the box I managed to wiggle it out from for weight, and I then I picked up the non heavy end and "walked" the front over the humps. After finally getting it out, I did have to have one child hold the arms and top area of the treadmill up while I screwed the screws in. Once done, it was super easy to finish the set up, and I oiled under the treadmill mat, and was ready to turn it on. (side note, husband woke up, and helped me turn it around. With no wheels, it was a feat for me, not so much for his 6'2 self). After I let it run for a minute to oil the mat up, I was ready to roll! There is an on switch on the bottom front of the device, and from there the controls light up. The handles do have the up/down for incline on the left and the up/down for speed on the right. They also have a pulse reader on the handles, but I don't find it works well at all, and sometimes I get a little static shock on the left handle as an FYI. The face of the device has your start and stop, your time, quick buttons for speed in two increments (2 mph, 4, 6, 8 mph), has incline quick buttons, and music buttons on top that I don't use at all. There is also a magnetized latch that magnetizes in the middle of the treadmill at the bottom, and the clamp goes on you just in case you fall. The magnet is wrenched off, and it does stop immediately! In use, this treadmill does have a soft landing feature, which means when it's up you have to use your foot to push the pole in the middle, and the treadmill mat will start extremely slowly lowering. I have no fear of it being pushed and one of my kids trapped beneath it as it's like watching paint dry for it to fully lower. I did purchase four thick pads off of Amazon, and I have two under the front edges, and when it lowers, I bend down and wait for it the end edges to almost touch the floor before sliding them beneath so my floor is protected. I do find I have to really push this lever to get it to go down, but that could just be me as my husband was watching me flounder, and stepped on it, and it immediately started going down. Again, I'm only 5'2, so my stride is short and I walk normally anywhere from 3 to 3.7 mph. Jogging on this is at a 4-4.5 mph, and 5 mph is my max limit currently for my short legs. I was afraid this would be too slow for me to run on, but no way! I could do a full sprint and still not be on 8 mph which is the max. It runs smooth, but when I run, because I am in a nook area, my steps do echo to me. I have had treadmills before and I don't feel this is any louder than those. This is also in my living room, so when I am on it, my husband tends to put on his headset to listen to the tv and drown out my footfalls. The max weight on this is 240, and my husband tops out at 240-245 so he hasn't tried to go on it yet. I will update if he does to see how well it worked with him on it. In all, I love this treadmill and it's smallness, the buttons are amazing and work great, it's a smooth surface to run or walk on, and super easy to put together. I love the soft close and how easy it is to pick the treadmill surface up. The incline is smooth also, and gives a great workout. The only issues I could nitpick at is trying to get it out of the box on my own, and I wish the screen was a lot taller. It does have a phone holder, but then I have to look down to view it, and some other treadmills I saw had a raised top area so you're looking at height level as there was a phone holder on the very top of it. I thought about putting a small magnet on my door so my phone could magnetize to it and it would be height level for me. So if you're taller than 5'2, you'd definitely be looking straight down to watch anything and after a time that does strain your neck. Again, that's my only would be issues that very nitpicking. Otherwise I love this treadmill, and do recommend it!

I recently purchased it and have been pleasantly surprised by its overall performance. The assembly process was straightforward and user-friendly, which was a big plus for me as I'm not particularly handy. In terms of functionality, this treadmill delivers exactly what I need for my home workouts. The range of speed settings and incline options provides a versatile workout experience. However, one notable downside is that the treadmill does generate some noise when in use, particularly noticeable when walking or jogging. It's not excessively loud, but it's definitely audible. For me, this isn't a dealbreaker, especially considering the price point. But for those seeking a whisper-quiet machine, this might be something to consider. Overall, considering its affordability and ease of assembly, this treadmill is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable workout option at home. Despite the minor noise issue, it delivers a commendable performance and functionality. Pros: Budget-friendly Easy assembly Versatile speed and incline settings Decent cushioning for joint comfort Cons: Generates noticeable noise when in use, particularly while walking

It comes in a big box and is pretty heavy but I able to move it with my dolly. Setting up was super simple and I able to do it by myself. Very sturdy and easy to use. My husband thought it was a little small but I’m mainly using it for inclines/walks.

This is a truly well made treadmill, excellent value for the money. The packaging was well taken care off and is a breeze to setup. I have been using it daily and it works great! The key, to keep a treadmill trouble free is to oil the belt frequently and if needed to adjust when needed. There is one thing that I am not happy with: Is that I am unable to register the treadmill for warranty. Going to the weblink given: sunnyhealthfitness.com/warranty does not work at all. Maybe some one from Sunnyhealth Fitness can respond and correct this. It would be a shame selling a great treadmill advertizing a warranty with it, and then not being able to register it for warranty! Hopefully someone at Sunnyhealthfitness will read this and correct it....

Iv had this treadmill for going on a year now and am really happy with it. Iv never had a problem with it even with daily use. You can walk or run with no issues, it’s super easy to use, good size. Folds for better storage and can be moved around although you’ll want two people if there are any stairs as it’s kind of heavy. Overall Iv been very happy with it and for the price you can’t go wrong.

I've only been using this machine for a couple of weeks, but it does exactly what I need it to do. I got it largely to use with a desk attachment so that I can work and walk and it is perfect for that. The desk attachment I use is a Vivo universal treadmill desk attachment, and it works well with this treadmill aside from needing to reverse the crossbar so that it wouldn't push the buttons on the screen. Also, it's worth noting that this treadmill already has a shortish track and adding the desk attachment takes up even more of that. It's still perfect for walking with the desk attachment for my 5'8'' self, but it might be problematic for folks with a longer stride (if you're not using it with a desk attachment, I don't think it would be a problem). Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to use this for a treadmill desk and are taller. I haven't used this for a proper run yet, since the weather has been nice enough to run outside still. But as I mentioned, it's great for walking while typing or reading. The buttons for speed and incline are very handy, very responsive and easy to use, and the treadmill does everything it says it will so far. The heart rate grips work and the calorie estimator does its thing (I don't ever think those things are accurate, but these seem as accurate as any others I've used). We'll see how well the whole unit lasts. It feels sturdy enough, but it is small, so I guess we'll see. Oh, and it was very easy to assemble with the tools provided. Took less than ten minutes and the directions were clear. It folds up easily (although I have to take the desk attachment off for that so I mostly leave it down) and it folds down easily too--with a light kick to the crossbar as part of the method of lowering it (seriously, it tells you to kick it in the instructions), which is worth considering if you have issues with raising a leg and kicking.
