This is a great kit, however I did think/I guess hope that the booklets included would kind of give you instructions on how to start a starter and then what to do after and not just a few recipes. Other than that it’s a great kit. Seems like great quality and so many wonderful tools. With that, I do recommend but if you’re looking to start you’re bread journey, you will need this AND a separate book on all things bread (how to make starter, maintenance, bread making, tips and tricks, etc) as this listing does not have that part
