The Swiffer device is wonderful. It assembles quickly and intuitively. It uses one double a battery so that a button on the stick when pressed ejects two squirts of a great smelling cleaner directly in front of the mops path. Then you just grab that stick and scrub. It cleans our faux wood floors just beautifully. It doesn't require a great deal of scrubbing because the liquid seems to break down grime quickly that comes right off in the mop that's attached. We found that the mop can be easily washed by hand, or thrown in the washer and dryer. That means one mop is good for multiple uses and a money saver. Additional mop heads are available on Amazon, along with the floor cleaner itself, for reasonable pricing. I personally wish this came in colors other than purple, but if purple gets our floors clean I'm beginning to like purple. This Swiffer mop is a gem and I don't know how we did without it. Highly recommended. (Per attached photo it hangs quietly in the little furnace room of our condo waiting for a little floor grime to do its thing.)

Easy to set up, compact when put away, sprays perfectly and cleans great. The mop part is solidly made and easy to change . Very absorbent cleaning

Swiffer Power Mop is sturdy and has the necessary weight to clean floors well without applying pressure unless there is residue from a spill. Then, applying light pressure will remove it. I bought the reusable cleaning pads sold by ILAVCOOL on Amazon (see purple pads in the photo). They are made for this mop, work well, save money in the long run, and do not add weekly clutter to landfills. One con: Swiffer designed the cleaning fluid bottle so they can sell you expensive refills. The bottle has a ledge that requires some force to remove the cap (see the circle in the photo above). You can remove it, but over time, that force will break since it was not designed for reuse. I had two other mops that allowed you to use any cleaning fluid — but the mops only lasted a couple of years before their spray components broke. Swiffer uses a AA-battery powered spray unit that works well. Others had the typical mechanical-gravity feed systems. Thanks, Swiffer — for making what could be an excellent mop —- a good mop to add to your profits. It's worth buying and putting up with the bottle issue. Recommend.

I LOVE this mop! I would recommend to anyone who have bad knees, hips or difficulty cleaning your house! I have had that bucket mop that you step on it to wring out. It is a good mop set, but it hurt my knee to keep stepping on it to wring it out. So i got rid of it and tried this system. I'm so glad I did! It's so easy to use and assemble! AND it really cleans well! It smells good, and dries quickly! I will try the pads for wood floors next time. I don't do many reviews, but I had to do this one for anyone in my situation. "Swiffer" products are the BEST, Especially this POWER MOP SYSTEM! Thank God for you "SWIFFER"!

I've been wanting this for awhile and finally got one. I think I used a coupon and it was under $26 so great value. I got the mop, two pads, and it came with a bottle of cleaner and the two AA batteries needed. it was super easy to set up and use. My floor was just washed on a few days ago and you can see how dirty the pad is. I like the disposable pads, but I do not see why my reusable pads would not fit on this as they all use a velcro type stick to attach. I was actually not sure what the batteries did but they are for the spray. I sort of thougt the mop may vibrate to help clean but no such luck there. The spray is really nice though. it sprays out of two spouts on either side of the front portion on the floor rather than shooting out of the body of the mop. Consequently the spray ends up on the floor. Each sprayer is angled toward the center and is quite effective. I normally hate scents and felt like this one was pleasant and light enough that it did left things smelling lightly clean without making me feel like I was being subjected to noxious chemicals. Mine came with the fresh scent, but I think they also have a lavendar and lemon scent. One nice thing is that you can change the bottles without unscrewing them it has a self sealing feature so you just click it on and there is like a rubber seal. it's really pretty cool. last but not least this has a well designed loop at the top that allows me to hang it in my laundry room. Right now it's hanging on a command strip hook. It's not too heavy so that works pretty well. I am pretty picky about reviews and give this 5 deserving stars.

Best thing I have bought in a while. It is so efficient compared to the normal swiffer because it’s larger, covers more surface area so much quicker to clean. The spray works very well and has good range. The cleaning solution leaves a nice scent. No leakages so far. Is slightly heavy but not too much. So useful!

I love that I can take it out of the closet and start moping immediately. It’s light weight and does a great job.

Good quality and fast delivery

The mop is used just for house hold washing of tile floors. I washed the floors with the Fresh Scent Cleaner and reuseable pads. I used 4 of them so as not to over do the pads. I had purchased the Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Mop Kit and bought an extra 2 x 5 boxes of Mopping Pads. After I had used the pads I put them in the wash on a 20 minute cycle. When I pulled them out, they had completely fallen apart. I now will have to pin them back together and sew down each seam to be able to use them again. Since then I washed two more and they have done exactly the same thing. They were not cheap. Not impressed.

I love this Swifter mop and it so easy to use and cleans my floors great.
