I had dislocated my hip — ouch! — which also affected my back, so I bought this hoping it would help loosen the tight and sore muscles in my hip and back. I was also tired of popping pills and lying flat on my back because it was painful to move about. It worked amazingly! My pain was literally eliminated after just two days of using it. It is also very powerful and of good quality. I thought, for the price, that I might be sacrificing on the strength and quality. Not at all. It is also very easy to use; not complicated at all. The size is also compact, about the size of a cellphone, and it is very light in weight. I now use it on my feet when I get those pins and needle sensations, and it alleviates it.

I liked the therapy at the Chiropractor's office, but $35 each session was getting expensive. On a hunch, I checked Amazon and found this device for a reasonable price. What a deal! This thing does as good a job as the Chiropractor's machine - maybe better because it has so many different programs. The device itself is smaller than a cell phone and is easy to carry in your pocket if you want therapy on the go. Once charged up, the battery lasts for days. The electrode patches are overly sticky at first, but "loosen up" the more you use them. The travel case is a nice touch. You won't be disappointed!

Works great. Some of the power settings aren't so smooth 2-3-4-5 might have a smooth transition but then 5-6 might feel like going up 3 levels instead of 1. Other than that you can't charge it while in use but it has a long battery life. Would suggest even if you don't have a chronic pain. It's nice to use just even after a workout, especially if you station your muscle

Got this for lower back pain from a recommendation from a massage therapist. Has worked really well at reducing pain in the area. I love the pad savers that come with the product, they've made the pads last for well over the usual 3-4 uses that pads normally last (decline of stickiness). The modes are easy to use and the guidebook helps you find the right program. Fits great into the carrier and stores away nicely as well when it's not in use!

Got this for my back pain/neck pain and use it after work while I am at my PC and its very nice, has alot of control options. Everything works great and I have not had to charge it again yet, so props to the battery! If i had to suggest anything, the pads while they will restick when using the reuse-pads. I have noticed that because how the connector lead comes off the patch, it wont ever really FULLY adhere to me and depending on my movement it will pull an edge up, then progressing until it comes off and then gets stuck to my shirt and ruins the patch. Could be a just me thing, but I would like to get a patch that had a connector coming from the center-top of the patch and ran along it so the patch itself could adhere fully.

I was suspicious of the light weight of the unit out of the box. As it turns out, the unit is strong and very flexible with its uses. I usually turn a tens unit up to 10 and hope it does something. I put this one on relax using 4 pads and only managed to get up to a 7. It was like getting a Swedish massage. I like having the 2 channel options because I feel like 4 pads just gives better treatment. I like the light weight too. I can wear it with gym shorts and the unit in my pocket doesn’t pull my shorts down. The unit came in a very nice case with plenty of extra pads, a USB C charging cable and instructions. It also comes with a QR code that links you to a video that instructs you on pad placement. The controls are easy to figure out. M is for mode, the thing that looks like a little clock is for time. The plus and minus buttons turn the strength up and down, which you can do independently for channels A and B. The up and down arrows allow you to toggle between the 12 different programs across the 3 modes. That gives you basically 36 different options to meet whatever possible need you might have for the moment. Plus then you can vary the strength. Like I said in the title. Very flexible options. We did research and found this one as a good budget option. So far, we are very pleasantly surprised by what a strong little, convenient and flexible unit it is. I would definitely recommend for anyone with pain, muscle weakness, tenseness, or an aggravating husband.

I bought this as I was laying on the floor unable to move because of horrific lower back pain! Two people recommended I get a TENS machine, and I landed on this one. It is simple and straight forward to use. I know there are bigger and heavier duty TENS machines out there, but this one is small, compact and simple. I can put it on and sit at my desk at work, walk around the house with it. It’s a phenomenal little machine. I like that the cords are long, and then you can easily contain them so they won’t get in your way. The battery life I fantastic! I’ve had it several weeks now, I use it for about 45 minutes every day, and I’ve only recharged it twice. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It was easy to use and I found the device to provide much needed relief. I used this on my lower back at home and at work. I wish I would have found it a few years ago.

Partially tore my bicep and my physio therapist recommended I pick up a tens machine. This one is the Cadillac of tens machines. The TENS feature works great on my arm. An unexpected amazing feature is the relax function. This thing is amazing at making my body feel better. Neck, shoulder and low back pain all decreasing. I work at a desk all day and it's great for winding down when my body gets sore from poor posture and ergonomics. Pads are good and really sticky. Definitely worth every penny and easy to use and care for.

I bought this for EMS muscle toning to replace slendertone. This device works flawlessly and it's great value for the money. It's extremely easy to use and I apply gel to the pads to prolong the Stickiness of the pads. I haven't tried it for pain relief yet but it's in my list for my back pain.

Ordered this unit and the replacement extra pads. Have had it 1.5 weeks now and it's working great. I haven't had to charge it yet and i have used it every day for atleast an hour. Some days I used it twice a day. The charge is showing half at the moment. The case holds everything as well as some extra pads.
