I make oatmeal in this thermos while I'm commuting by bike to work. An hour later the oats are well cooked and super hot. They are still more than warm if work distracts and I don't get to them until after lunch. The unit is well made. I appreciate the lid almost makes a full revolution before the seal on the lid contacts it seat in the jar. I think this is much more secure than another unit I tried that barely made a 1/4 turn and thereby engages less threads. I do wish the opening was maybe 1/4" wider. Even a small handed person like myself has to stick some implement down into the jar to clean it. It's not really a problem though. It's still the best thermos I've had in ages.

My son uses this for pasta or soup for school lunch and loves it. Never leaks, built in spoon is great, everything stays hot. No need to put boiling water in before you fill w hot food.

I got the red color which I like. Quality seems good to me. It kept food hot for a few hours but not for too long. It hold enough food and the folding spoon is sooo convinient. Good value for money.

Long days of work outdoors. I’ve been using this for a week and love it. Today I put hot soup in it at 4:30am before I left the house. Just ate it on lunch break at 2:30pm. Still had hot soup. Not burning hot like I poured it in, but not lukewarm either. Genuinely perfectly hot to eat. My favorite part is the opening is just large enough to actually drink from it as well, if you have your oatmeal with more milk than it needs, or have just soup broth etc, depending on the meal you can literally eat your food with one hand while using the other to type an inspiring review on Amazon.
