These earbuds are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I slipped them in, I was blown away. The sound quality is crisp and clear, with a rich bass that doesn't overpower the sparkling treble. Seriously, my music has never sounded so good! They fit my ears perfectly (the different ear tip sizes are a lifesaver!), so I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. And the Bluetooth connection? Rock solid! No annoying dropouts or stutters, just pure, uninterrupted listening pleasure. The battery life is impressive too – I get a solid 5 hours on a single charge, and the charging case keeps me going all day. Plus, the touch controls are super intuitive and easy to use. Honestly, for everyday listening, these earbuds are a total game-changer. I've been using Tozo headphones for about 5 years now and they never disappoint. They're always comfy and and connect immediately once you open them back up. Combined with their small size, it's easy to take them anywhere. The only struggle I've had was at the gym - I could still hear so much background noise that it was distracting. I have NC over ear headphones, so I decoded to check Tozo for the equivalent in earbuds and I was pleasantly surprised! I caught them on sale and can say it's worth every penny. Just as comfy as their other lines, but the Noise Cancelling is so perfect. I love that it helps my brain feel more quiet. Perfect for gyms, crowded stores, you name it. Anywhere you feel overwhelmed. The default size buds fit my ears, but I have others that came with it just in case I need something smaller or larger. The LED screen is also very handy, I love having a number to equate the battery to rather than just lights. It's easy to read at a glance! Once again not disappointed! Thank you Tozo for making affordable and quality earbuds!

Because I listen to a lot of music, I look for quality sound reproduction, smooth controls, and comfort in earbuds. Up until trying the TOZO NC9s, my go-to set was the TOZO Open Ear Buds, which satisfied both criteria. When paired with the TOZO App they are a winning combination. Then I tried the TOZO (NC9)s. For my money, these are game-changers! Here are the reasons why. MUSIC QUALITY: I admit it: I'm a fussy listener. When paired with the TOZO App, the NC9s are unbeatable. I like vocal music, so trying to achieve clear vocals with solid sub-bass and clean, bright highs can be challenging. The NC9s deliver! The equalizer in the app provides great flexibility for any listening style. The TOZO App also provides real-time control over the degree of noise cancellation, as well as a power readout. COMFORT: The NC9s fit so well, that it is easy to wear them for hours. The only reason for going to the Open Earbuds is if I know I'll be moving around quite a bit. The design of the NC9s is such that they are NOT prone to falling out of the ear whether standing, sitting, or lying down. CONTROLS: The touch controls on the NC9s are straightforward and reliable. Switching between music & an incoming call is a simple 1 touch process. The telephone miking, along with the noise cancellation process, makes phone calls effortless, with clear sound for both parties. BATTERY life is excellent, with a full recharge in the case taking little more than 1 hour. TOZO makes a variety of audio products. Their earbuds are exceptional and priced in a very reasonable range. I appreciate the quick support I have always received from the Tech Support email system. I heartily recommend these products. I bought these to replace my JBL ear buds that have slowly been dying the past year and am very impressed! I simply wanted a cheap ear bud with a good battery life, as I listen to podcasts/music while sleeping, and these work and sound perfect! Pros: - Great battery life - 15+ hours on a single charge - Discreet size - very small and compact buds - Great fit - these have a very snug, comfortable fit that do not fall out of your ears - Incredible noise cancelling - when toggling the mode on, it’s like entering a sound depravation chamber. Amazed these small buds can block out so much, and appreciate that you can toggle the mode on and off. - Affordable but high quality build and sound Cons: - Sensitive touch controls - because they are so small, it’s easy to accidentally skip to the next song or pause if you adjust them in your ears at all. - 2 ear bud controls - I wish there was a way to use all controls on a single ear bud, but unfortunately they are bound to both buds so you can’t have total control with just one in.

The earbuds have been pretty nice so far. Comfortable enough to wear for about 3 hours without having to readjust. They seem ready to stay in your ear as well. I appreciate that. Sound quality has been pretty decent. Call quality has been good so far. Bluetooth connection has been pretty solid so far. Only issue I've ran into is that I don't think the battery life is as advertised. Could be wrong, but I would caution others to expect more along the lines of 10 hours instead of 13. One more issue is that the single touch and triple touch on the left earbud isn't changeable. The right earbud doesn't allow you to change the triple tap control.

These are the second pair of Tozo ear buds we bought. The quality is very good as these are noise cancelling and adjustable. They are used everyday all day. The charge lasts a long time. After a month the left ear bud stopped workingand we wrote to customer service reply was quick and efficient. They did not hesitate to send us a replacement. We should get it within 15 days.
