So far this book is easy to read, makes you want to keep reading. It’s very informative. A bit expensive but I actually bought it for my daughter who will be starting college in the fall in the #2 school in the country for criminal justice and #1 in forensic science. She will take forensic psychology eventually also. She is VERY intrigued with the mind of criminals and this book will be a perfect way for her to get a leg up in the field. One day she might even meet Chase Hughes. You never know. Her dream is to go all the way to the top and as determined as she is, I am confident she will do that. This book will be a vital role in her development of specific skills.

This book is filled with lots of interesting models, techniques, and just information! It’s six-minute x-ray and The Ellipsis Manual combined plus a bunch of extra useful information and methods. It’s 725 pages of actual material (so not including the bibliography, references, and notes section at the end). I found this book fascinating and often had trouble putting it down. The only bad thing I can say about it is that there are many grammatical errors as well as other random errors (on one page there’s an entire chunk of text copied into the middle of a sentence). It personally didn’t bother me too much though. The book goes into the neuroscience of human behavior, talks about how to use archetypes in a courtroom, and even gives you scripts you can use in various real-life scenarios. Chase also stresses how important it is to master the basics before trying out the advanced methods which is one reason why I truly think this book is the real deal. Is it worth almost $200 though? I think so. I might even try to memorize the whole book. I recommend it!

I've heard that he didn’t know how many days he had left to live—but he knew he had to get the word out. Few authors have ever faced the ticking mortal clock quite like Chase Hughes did while writing his book. In fact, Chase might be the only one in the world to have done it under such unusual conditions. Chase Hughes, was told he was dying. Doctors held no answers. A rare, fatal disease was ravaging his brain, haunting him with memory-altering seizures up to nine times a day. Each one a roll of the dice: Would he lose more of his memory? Would his ability to think vanish forever? Would this be the one that ended everything? The urgency was terrifying. Every day could have been his last. Every seizure had the power to wipe out the knowledge he held—knowledge no one else in the world possessed. So what was it that Chase knew? He knew the dark truth of how to control minds—not just HOW mind control works, but HOW to actually do it. Not the sci-fi fantasy—the real thing, the kind of mind control that shatters lives, destroys innocence, manipulates the conscience, and gets people to confess things that aren't for their own good. But he also knew how that same how-to knowledge could be used to save lives, liberate minds, and protect the innocent. Chase Hughes, the world’s foremost expert on this extreme science, could have used his power for anything—influence, riches, domination. But instead, he chose a different path. Chase wasn’t actually interested in control. He was interested in protection—in defending those who couldn’t defend themselves. He wanted to protect the soldiers (including his own comrades) who had died because even the military actually didn't have reliable know-how to get critical information they needed to prevent attacks. He wanted to protect the everyday people whose minds were vulnerable to manipulation by those who knew the dark arts of influence and have every intent of evil. And he wanted to help people break free from the mental chains of their past—from childhood wounds, traumas, and subconscious programming that held them back from living their fullest lives. He wanted us to have power within ourselves to shape our surroundings, connect stronger with others, and lead lives of uplifting impact. So he did what no one else would even dare: even though he'd already written a best-seller, The Ellipsis Manuel, it wasn't enough. He had more to knowledge. So, he spent every spare minute he had (plus some) pouring every little detail he knew onto the page, racing against the disease that was killing him. The Behavior Ops is this masterpiece of his work. Its incredible organization, thoughtfully explained techniques, skillfully crafted charts, and unbelievable index isn't perfect. There are typos, and you might find some awkward phrasing, but what he gave us was far more valuable than polished words. It is a gift from a guy who started the project not even knowing if he'd wake up to write another page. This masterpiece is not just Chase Hughes’ genius, but it's obvious to those who know that it's his courage and love for people he would never meet. He thought his time was short. He knew his mind breaking apart. And yet, he gave everything he had, right to the last page–intent on, if time allowed, to leave behind a guide that could protect, awaken, and save. In a world full of those who seek power, Chase Hughes sought to empower. Interestingly, after his book was written, Chase has been rewarded in a most unexpected way. He shared the story on his YouTube channel about how he discovered a naturopathic doctor in Florida who held the hidden answers to healing his brain. Seizures stopped. Brain function returned. And Chase Hughes gets to now enjoy his wife, his precious baby, and his children while continuing his unrelenting effort to make this world a safer and more empowering place to live. (Find that video...he shares some really powerful stuff there about health.) Thank you, Chase! Your drive is an inspiration. Your passion is unmatched. And your love for humans like me is obvious on every single page of this overwhelming work. Incredible. (And there's nothing quite like watching my 24-year old daughter curled up on the couch reading it like a novel. SO COOL!)

I've been a fan of Chase's work for many years. He has a uniquely genuine way of sharing his knowledge, and he does it in such a manner that he can take any complex topic and summarize it in simple, easy-to-implement terms. The Behavior Operations Manual is by far the best book I've ever read on how we make decisions and how to influence anyone, anywhere, in any situation. The frameworks covered in his book are highly effective, easy to integrate and you won't find them in ANY other field or academic resource. I highly recommend this book to anyone whose results depend on their ability to influence others, from curious seekers to sales professionals, high stake negotiators, or even health professionals.

Ever feel like you’re just playing along in life’s big game? Smiling when you’re supposed to, nodding in agreement, pretending you’ve got it all figured out? Yeah, I’ve been there too. I used to think I understood people—calm and confident meant strong, anxious and reactive meant weak. That was the story I told myself. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. The Ops Manual flipped that narrative on its head and opened my eyes to what’s really going on beneath the surface. Here’s the thing—most people stick to the script. They take things at face value, never looking deeper, never questioning what’s underneath. But this book doesn’t just break the rules; it teaches you to rewrite them. It’s like going backstage to see the strings pulling the show—the pauses, the gestures, the tiny tells that reveal everything about who someone is and why they act the way they do. It’s not about manipulation; it’s about seeing people clearly and helping them grow without bruising their egos. Remember being a kid, waking up on Christmas morning? That buzz of excitement, that rush of tearing into something you couldn’t wait to uncover? That’s the feeling this book brings back. It taps into that same childlike curiosity, that wide-eyed wonder we somehow let go of as adults. Every page makes you feel like you’re discovering something new, something powerful, and most importantly, something real. If you’re still here, you’re already different. You’re someone who thinks critically, looks deeper, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. That’s rare. But let’s be honest—how often do we let fear or doubt hold us back? It’s not your fault; most of us aren’t handed the tools to do better. But this book is that tool. Think about it—how many “leaders” or influencers are out there, throwing advice around like confetti, leaving you to wonder if it’s even worth following? What if they’re just as lost as the rest of us? That’s the trap most people fall into. This book is different. It’s grounded in science, backed by real-world application, and gives you the freedom to apply it your way. So, here’s the deal: take the leap. Buy the book. It’s not a risk; it’s an investment in the future version of yourself. Don’t let “later” rob you of the progress you could start today. Let’s face it—"someday" often turns into "never." Take the first step now. Your future self will thank you.

I went in with the desire to learn how human minds work, with the view to be better at persuasion. Came out of it with a whole new perspective on how people work, a clear view on how I can improve myself. I would recommend reading "The body doesn't forget" from Bessel van der Klok to really get a full picture in addition to this. Amazing job from Chase in providing that deep insight. I find this is a book everyone should read.

I always like to see the reviews positive and negative. It seems that Chase has some detractors, possibly it is envy. The teachings make sense to me. It is evident that a lot of effort and years has been put into this work. It is a lot os material. I wish I could absorb it all and apply it. I was tempted to buy the whole kit he has on his web but its price is very high. I’ll stick to this one until I see I’m getting results.

The material of Chase Huges changed my life in every way possible. I am now in a position at my work which I never could imagine doing before. But it also made me a better mother and the best version of myself. Thanks through his techniques I could help a lot of people. This material is life changing! And I recommend it to every one!
