I bought these for my husband for Christmas and we measured his fingers according to the chart but we were off a little because the rings were too big. I saw the fit guarantee and emailed them via their sight and they immediately refunded my money so I could order the next size down. They came today and fit perfect! I am keeping the review at 3 stars, I wish amazon would update how they do returns on these, to honor the company's policy of at least not having to return them. It's a lot of hassle to return something so small. - ORIGINAL review - I like these products and have a set for myself and my husband. However, my husband has lost weight, and I accidently ordered the wrong size (twice now). The company advertises that if they don't fit, they will provide a new pair for free and don't require you to return the others. However, when I went through the return process on amazon, this is not the case. I had to re-buy the correct size and return the wrong-sized set. This is now the second time this has happened, I ordered some over the summer for my husband and they were too big, now again during the holiday times. These are affordable, so at the end of the day I don't care about having to re-pay for the correct set. But if amazon isn't going to honor the company's no return necessary + new set for free policy, it should not be advertised as such.

Fit just as my ring sizer does, so they are sized correctly. I have been using these for 2.5 years and they are still in fantastic shape despite the abuse I have put them through, including the ocean water and sand at the beach as well as rocks, branches, and bug spray that they rub on while I'm hiking. Highly recommend these. Note that they will very slowly stretch over the first couple months, so if you're kinda wishing it was slightly larger and it's not bothering you or cutting off circulation, just give them a few weeks. They don't stretch much after that, so exchange them after a few weeks if they still don't fit right.
