I’m a frequent Amazon shopper, but this is the first product that’s compelled me to leave a review—it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve always been meticulous about my oral health. I visit the dentist every six months for a cleaning and checkup, brush my teeth three times a day, and floss regularly. However, I recently started taking medication and have been drinking more coffee than usual, which left my mouth drier and my teeth slightly stained. Despite sticking to my routine, I noticed my gums were inflamed and plaque was worsening during my last dentist visit. I knew I needed something extra to help maintain that fresh, just-cleaned feeling. That’s when I found this toothpaste. From the very first use, I was sold—SOLD. My teeth felt as clean as if I had just left the dentist’s chair. The difference is noticeable, both in how my teeth look and how my mouth feels. I’m eager to hear what my dentist says at my next visit, but I already see and feel an improvement. Yes, the price is higher than regular toothpaste, but I believe it’s worth it if it helps reduce dental issues and office visits in the long run. Plus, you only need a small amount—about a third of what I’d typically use with regular toothpaste—so it lasts longer. Highly recommend!

My mouth feels very clean every time I brush. That's like the best way to describe this toothpaste. I got the non foaming gel kind and as they recommend I go in with a pea sized amount with a dry toothbrush and dry mouth and use my Oral B electric toothbrush and get tracking, individually going for each tooth and surrounding gums. At the end, I rinse and feel a very satisfying clean mouth. I'd gotten lazy about my brushing technique and frequency but this being very expensive has forced me to brush more mindfully and more often which has been good for maintaining my mouth's cleanliness. I've only been using it for a week so I will update this review once I'm finished with my tube to tell you if I feel a meaningful sustained difference.

I’ll take the cons-first approach. The wintergreen flavor smells like toilet-bowl cleaner. The taste comes in 3 waves: artificial sweetener, then used mint gum, then a kind of peroxide aftertaste. I will definitely not buy this flavor again. Also, the cost is ridiculous for the tiny tube you get. Why am I going to try another flavor? Well, I have never had a change in toothpaste make this much of a difference. I have only been using for two weeks, and my teeth look and feel cleaner, including between brushing. My puffy gums have gone down enough that my little chiclet teeth look bigger. My teeth look whiter, but not in a fake way. It doesn’t seem to have helped my breath at all, but I’m willing even with the repulsive smell and mild-but-unpleasant taste to keep using it to see if there’s even more improvement after using for a month as they say. It really is true that you only need a pea-sized amount, but the cost is still too much. It’s more than SIX TIMES higher than my old toothpaste, and that wasn’t a cheap brand. The cost is enough that I will probably switch at some point, or at least alternate with another toothpaste.

I wear a night aligner to reduce my snoring. On the inside of my front lower teeth I have a build up near my gums. I half wondered if it was my tooth anatomy but it was an rough area my tongue was always drawn to. After one brushing with this gel that rough area was gone! My teeth feel slick and smooth like they’ve just had a professional cleaning. I wonder about the cost of the ingredients- because it is a very small tube and a very high price. For that reason I don’t think I’ll use it every day, but I will keep it to use anytime I feel trouble spots and before I see my dentist. I don’t care about a lot of foam, in fact I prefer little foam, so the many complaints I see about too little foam is not an issue with me and I admit I’m not the right person to testify on foam level.

The product is okay. The price is high for these sample sized toothpastes. Not realistic for a product for continuous use for a family.

I've been using this toothpaste for over 4 years. I personally met the man who developed it. It's healthy with ingredients that are good for you and keeps your teeth healthy. The tube is small and you use less each time and lasts just as long as the large tube of regular toothpaste - based on a single user. My teeth have never been healthier. One down side is it doesn't whiten as much as I would prefer but then it might not be as healthy for me. Taste is good, I use the one with no flavor and my teeth are not sensitive

I don’t typically write reviews, unless it’s something I find that truly has value or something so bad I need to warn others to avoid. But I think this toothpaste is different. I found liv fresh through social media and was very skeptical (especially for toothpaste priced this high in a tube 1/3 the size of normal toothpaste); however, I was curious and looked at the research. It looked promising. So I decided to do a non-scientific experiment and use the toothpaste for a little over month since I had my dental appointment scheduled around the same time. I didn’t change anything else with my routine, but I did notice that my teeth seemed cleaner. Now typically I get the same thing from my hygienist, “Your teeth look good, but try harder since you have some buildup.” This time, I could tell she scraped a lot less, my appointment went faster, and at the end she said, “you have way less buildup than usual….keep it up.” I guess I’m sold. I’ll be buying expensive toothpaste until my next appointment in 6 months.

This toothpaste definitely leaves your teeth super clean. Removes plaque and any other dirt. I'm not a huge fan of the taste but I make do. I wish it foamed a little but it does not. It is a bit pricey and not a huge amount of toothpaste in it but it does the job. Can't squeeze too hard or you'll waste the tube. It's easy to use and you can feel the difference instantly. Quality is pretty good. Thanks!

I bought an electric toothbrush to go with it and like 30 different toothbrush heads extra so I’m really looking forward to having fresh toothbrush mouth with no lingering gross old toothbrush mouth mixing in with my new mouth. It’s super good this toothpaste I just used a very small amount like it says pea size on the container so I just put a pea sized drip and whirrrr my electric toothbrush whirrr whirrr whirrr wow my teeth felt like I don’t know it just like took out stuff that - and I had brushed my teeth prior. I had brushed my teeth with my regular toothbrush and my regular toothpaste and then I remembered oh I think I have a package outside and then sure enough it was there and I just immediately brushed my teeth again with the electric toothbrush and this special toothpaste gel and what a huge difference it’s crazy huge crazy huge difference . LOVE IT kind of expensive though. i hope it eventually becomes the norm and the price goes down to like 15 because i dont see how i could go back to regular toothpaste with a regular toothbrush. my teeth became visibly whiter i thought. my mouth feels so much cleaner.

I Love this toothpaste, it makes your mouth feel very fresh and clean, it says it cleans up to 250% more plaque (I Believe it). My only issue is the Very high price and small size of the tube. That said, will I buy it again? Yes I will but will probably wait till it's on sale and then buy 2 .

Made a difference on first use! Those really hard spots to get...this helped me big time! expensive though..

This is a great product has worked as described, and has helped reduce tartar on my teeth.
