I tried it first on some very thick pork chops and the flavor did not penetrate very deeply. I sliced the chops into small strips (after cooking) reapplied the rub to each piece and baked an additional 10 minutes. the flavor really comes through when it's applied to each bite. next time I may just try thinner pork chops.

I have used this product, as well as other Traeger rubs when making ribs, pulled pork and chicken and have never been disappointed in the results. In fact, on several occasions my guests have asked what I had used as they loved the taste. I highly recommend the use of these rubs as the flavor is superior to other products that I have used in the past.

Good product to have on hand if you don’t want to make your own dry rub. Convenient.

This rub says for pork and poultry and it is good on pork tenderloin but it's best use I have found so far is on salmon. We coat fresh salmon pretty liberally, drizzle with honey and top with a few pats of butter. We like the salmon best smoked (we have a Recteq) but for a quick dinner I'll bake it in the oven and it is still amazing.

This is constantly sold out for a reason. My kids love it and a real crowd pleaser. Sweet, with a very subtle spice
