Good quality, price, durability. Not bulky or heavy when empty which was my issue with my previous bag . I’ve used this bag for 3 months straight - 6 flights, 3 long haul train rides and it’s holding up very well. Resists scratches from normal wear. No issues with the zippers. Good amount of pockets. Good size for carry on or personal item (depending on the airline and how packed you fill the bag). The outside pockets are great but just be careful not to overpack and stuff the bag into the overhead compartment. Straps are comfortable and it’s nice they can pack away. The side handles are super helpful especially if I’m using this in addition to my regular carryon osprey backpack. One improvement I’d like would be the ability to lock the outside pocket zippers. I use S clips to hook the zipper onto the side strap, but it would be nice to have a loop hole or something so you have the option. Especially travelling in Europe this is my safety concern.

Super useful and can carry a lot. I took it in week long roadtrips, camping trip and as a carryon. It’s sturdy and strong. Easy to lug with a handle on top and on the side. Will definitely take on a hike trip when I get the chance!

I use this every day ask a backpack, but I have also used it for the gym and for travel. I've even put an entire set of books in it and comfortably carried them. It easily expands to carry a lot and can be quickly shifted from one size to the other. Also, it has a lot of great little features like side clips, padded straps, and the hidden pocket.

I ordered this bag because I just had a baby and wanted a backpack that would fit my stuff and her stuff. Diaper bags really aren't big enough and I prefer backpacks or duffle diaper bags. It has massive amounts.of pockets with plenty of space. I use the hidden compartment in the back for my cell phone and keys access only. I use the laptop zipper section and the pockets in the front for the rest of my personal items. My 2 months old's items are easily able to fit in the primary main section of the backpack and I haven't bothered to use the extend zippered feature yet. Easy to wipe down and I love all the handles. Highly recommended.
