Assembly of the unit is so easy. I use my treadmill daily. The program setting is simply and gives you a great work out. I'm very satisfied can't beat the price, it's excellent. Received my treadmill and it was an easy setup. Was using it in 20 minutes. I’m 71 and need a good walk EVERY day. Walking the neighborhood was fine but if you get several days of bad weather, you easily get out of your routine. This is the perfect size for me since I had limited space. Have been using it everyday with no issues at all. The speed control on the handles make it real easy to vary your speed while walking. It’s well made and I highly recommend it.

I am an active 96 year man and I love my new compact treadmill. It came quickly and I was able to assemble it by myself with ease. It’s so compact that I keep it in my living room so I can watch television while exercising and stop and sit down several times a day. It folds up if I need more space and it’s very user friendly. This is the best treadmill I’ve owned and I have had others.

My doctor advised me to walk 10-15 mins after meals to lower my glucose levels but I live in Michigan on a road that rarely gets plowed. I didn't want to invest a fortune into a treadmill; I needed something without all the bells and whistle that was useful. It arrived very quickly and was a snap to assemble. Very easy to set up Not a huge machine, but sturdy. Fits perfectly in my space. Directions are very easy to understand. 5 second delay before machine starts. Great machine to get back into walking.!
