For Christmas my older son ordered my younger son a pair of refurbished Turtle Beach wireless headphones. Unfortunately, the VERY FIRST TIME he took them out to use and put them on his head, they snapped. He was not being rough or anything. We immediately initiated a return/exchange for another refurbished set. We received the second pair of refurbished Turtle Beach Wireless headphones the second week of January. Two days ago, they snapped again in a slightly different spot. At least this second pair lasted a couple months. VERY disappointing. Just spring for the new ones or stick with the wired headphones.

Very comfortable for people that wear glasses love the sound and performance and hours that it can provide your playing time would recommend.

I bought this to replace a wired headset for my xbox that I bought second hand, and after another year of use it started falling apart. When I got this, it said refurbished, which surprised me. I didn't think I had bought a refurb, but oh well. Anyways, it works good so far and I like it. It does not have the full volume that my wired one has though. However, I was gladly accept this, as it is wireless. This means my controller doesn't eat batteries anymore. I also like the sound that it does put out. Overall I am happy with it. Oh, it also comes with a dongle, at least mine did. I plugged that into the xbox and turned it on, along with headset, and it paired and worked just fine; had no issues pairing or anything. It came with a charging cord too that is thick and durable. I also like the quality of this headset, it does not feel cheap by any means. Overall, I recommend this, just know you may or may not get a refurb, but if you do, I encourage you to try it out anyways.

This is my go to headset, sound is awesome and seems to outperform everything else in its price range. Ive had less issues with them than with my very pricey Astros that I thought I had upgraded to. Went right back to these. And will buy again after the next time I chuck them across a room. Don't do that, they won't survive.

Light they work well other than the Light they work well other than the fact that they won't hit the high highs and the low lows make them sound a little crackly Would I buy them again for that price No Put for something to beat around and take with you anywhere you wanna go Expensive for that but yeah what I'm using for

I bought 2 mine is lasting longer than my Fiances but really great headsets!! and with the asurion insurance stuff that you can get with it is well worth it!
