This product gives the option to try different flavors of Ultima. So if you get a 30-90 day supply of it, you are not stuck with a flavor you don’t like. That is a better value for your dollar anyway. Overall, I love all of them! It’s definitely a smell/taste bud thing but I struggle with dehydration and ultima has been life saving in that regard on top of water. Definitely consider it! Especially if you go to the gym regularly. The quality of this item is great. I personally would say the packets are pleasing size wise because it is on-the-go and you can just put it in a water bottle compared to having to pre-make at home. The vitamin content of the item compared to other sports drinks differs with a high level of vitamin C which I personally find great. Overall 10/10.

These are my very favorite electrolyte drink! They aren’t as expensive as some other ones. I drink one every single morning, it keeps me hydrated and gives me energy. Love the flavor!

I started using these drink mix products several years ago. For medical reasons, my GP and Functional Medicine Doctors started me on a strict ketogenic diet (25 net carbs daily) which I cycle in and out of; when I am not on my keto diet, I eat low carb (100 or less net carbs daily). My preferred hydration drink is a no sugar added 100% coconut water, but when carbs count, I cannot drink coconut water while on keto. I got tired of drinking plain water or bone broth for hydration, so I did some research, and came across the Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Drink Mix. I initially purchased the mixed flavor packets, I found out my favorite is the cherry/pomegranate flavored mix. What I like about the product compared to others I found in my research is 0 net carbs and lower sodium than most other options out there. No added sugars, no caffeine, and natural colors are a plus. As a certified group fitness instructor, I work out daily for one hour; I need to stay hydrated and replace lost electrolytes. These drink mixes contain “6 key electrolytes - magnesium, calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus and sodium, as well as vitamin C and zinc”. I usually drink these with the recommended 16 fluid ounces of water during my workouts: “The brand recommends the following schedule for drinking your Ultima Replenisher": 1. 2 hours before your workout – 1 serving 2. 30 minutes before your workout – ½ serving 3. Every 20 minutes of activity – ¼ serving 4. After your workout, for every pound you lose in sweat, drink 1 ¼ serving That’s a potential total of 4 or more servings per day or per workout day. During periods of rest, your body won’t need the same hydration as you won’t be losing as much fluid.” What I like about the product: 1. 0 net carbs, no added caffeine, no added sugar, and lower sodium than similar products. 2. They offer several flavors to choose from; I have tried most of the flavors and found them all enjoyable, but my favorite is cherry/pomegranate. 3. No artificial colors or flavors. 4. You can purchase them in 20 pack individual packets or as a bulk container. 5. For less than a dollar per packet, they are quite affordable and priced competitively in comparison to competitors. 6. If you make a purchase from their website a portion of the money goes to one of their charities. 7. You can find several recipes on the website which make the drinks even more enjoyable. What I don’t like and what prevents the product from receiving a perfect 5-star rate: 1. The product is manufactured in the US, but it uses US and imported products. There is no disclosure on what countries the products are coming from. 2. No GMP or similar certification for the manufacture of the product. 3. No third-party testing. Overall, a great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a keto option to stay hydrated and replace electrolytes.

These powders are excellent sources of getting the proper electrolytes. They come in many flavors and taste great. I look forward to drinking my water with this in it.

Really helps me when feeling a bit dehydrated. But the best part is it’s sugar free for those of us who prefer not to ingest sugar. The flavors are great for those who prefer regular flavors and strange combinations of flavors.

At first I was unhappy with my purchase, even after doing a lot of research. I didn't realize that the combined sugar alcohols with this and my meal replacement shake would give me very bad bloating and gas :-( I hate wasting, so I decided to try 1 of the packs in my 64 oz of water that I have been making it a point to drink daily. Part of my 2025 resolution to be healthier :-) I was pleasantly surprised that it added just enough flavor to make it easier for me to drink water, which I don't like normally, unless I'm extremely hot and thirsty, then I can pretty much drink anything cold, lol. So instead of 16 oz of water per package I'm able to use one package for 64 oz of water, which for me is all day. Much less costly, and I have had no more troubles with bloating or gas :-) My favorite flavors to do this with are the Peach Bellini and the Pina Colada.

Good product, tastes good, no sugar or sweeteners.

I am making these individual tubes into 16 oz of gelatin. Which is good for an elderly person who dislikes drinking water. She enjoys the different flavours and the electrolytes are helping very much. Noticeable difference. There’s no sugar, (great for diabetics) dissolves easily with or without making it into something other than a beverage.
