Quick replacement for the last replacement. Yes, I have a pup who wants to chew on the remote when I'm not at home...lol. Apparently it's one of Charlie's favorite things. This is the third replacement I've bought. Somehow I suspect I'll likely buy another one at some point. Easy replacement. Nothing to set up. Works immediately with both of my Samsung TV's (different models). Just unwrap, insert batteries (not included) and you are good to go!

I ordered this remote as a replacement for the one I lost for my Samsung Smart TV. It connected with no problems whatsoever, and it works with all the Samsung TVs I have throughout my house. I appreciate the shortcut buttons available, and the price wasn’t too bad either. There is one issue I have, and that’s that some of the buttons, especially the enter button, are hard to press. You have to smash the button all the way down just to get it to work, and even then, I usually end up having to press it multiple times. Overall, I would say it’s a pretty decent, fairly priced replacement remote if you’re like me and lose everything.

About a month ago I got, for my elderly uncle, a a Samsung smart TV. He liked the TV but his hands had trouble with the little remote that comes with the new ones. I saw this and for $10 I figured he could give it a try. It did everything it was supposed to do without any setup at all so he was very happy. The other day, I got a new Samsung Smart TV for our house and decided I liked the old style remotes better so I bought another one for me. They work fine. The only problem is that they don't come with batteries (2 AAA) There is no real documentation but it seems to only work with Samsung TVs. It won't do anything with my LG.

Great replacement of my original remote, works great, buttons are soft and all of them work, No complaints

The placement of the play button is difficult to push due to the very small size of the buttons and the fast forward button is the same. There was not thought into the design

The tiny remote that came with my new Samsung TV is much too small, with too few controls--quite difficult to use. That's a shame because the TV itself is awesome; too bad Samsung gave it such a lousy little remote. This one is far better, a convenient size and equipped with all the controls that you'd expect. Plus, it worked with my TV right out of the box--no programming. Highly recommended if you plan to use the TV's built-in streaming apps instead of an outboard device with its own remote. A modern Samsung TV is LOADED with streaming apps--you'll want a remote like this if that's your choice for TV content.
