I bought this in size twin XL as a year round snuggle on the couch blanket. It fits that bill well. The size is great as it envelops my entire 6'-2" frame. The fabric is soft and plush and does not pill or shed. I would say it is a mid-weight blanket - warm enough for an afternoon nap in the winter but not too warm for summer comfort.

When I first opened the package it seemed a little too thin and lightweight. But after using just this one blanket for a nights sleep I can say that it was extremely warm. I like that it’s lightweight so doesn’t constrict your movement and doesn’t feel heavy on you while trying to sleep. The blanket does a really good job at trapping the warmth inside. Nice and soft, comfortable, and no obnoxious smell. Definitely recommend if you need a warm lightweight blanket.

First off quality of the blanket is amazing. Secondly the softness and warmth without over heating due to the breathable fabric is top tier. The moment I wrap myself in this blanket I instantly want to fall asleep. I order the king size and it fits my bed better than most king comforters. Definitely ordering another! Haven’t had any shedding issues yet did wash same day it arrived.

Bad habit of putting clothes on RIGHT after shower cos I get too cold. So I completely skip drying off and straight to clothes so lotta friction everywhere worsening pre existing probs. Towels are too rough. And again, too cold. I had to start standing dripping wet with the shower off in the shower to stay in the steam till I dried. This towel was def a good compromise. Don’t hurt skin. Dries me quickly. Can leave the bathroom and shower with something around me and not dripping everywhere. Hood is bonus even tho squeeze water outta hair as a habit instead of towel drying but warming me up wise. Winter here and towel still warm enough Edit: turns out I made the right move with this. Biopsy confirmed today chronic folliculitis. Full body. Back seemed to be the worst. And I have no doubt it’s from the fiction of synthetic materials thrown onto wet skin, trapping heat and moisture in an already very humid environment (live in fl right on a river. House made in 1930 hardly AC.) perfect breeding ground for bacteria and fungi. The towel doesn’t rub against my back which hurts super bad. The material isn’t too abrasive. Basically, as someone dealing with a wide spread skin infection that hurts like hell when anything touches it, I’m saying this is a good towel for skin. So should speak for itself.

I bought one each for my twin's beds and these blankets are SO SOFT and cozy. Even after multiple washes there is no pilling and they fill just as nice as the first day. I will admit, I sometimes sneak these blankets for myself. They are just so lovely
