I bought these to put in a pair of Columbia light hiking boots. I got those boots as a gift and they have zero arch support and minimal cushioning. I was pretty suspect that they would provide support and the price seemed kind of high. I replaced the existing insoles with these "orthotics" and the difference is remarkable. After a couple of short hikes I'm convinced. These are great! Pros - they fit perfect in my hikers - extremely comfortable - great support Cons - the price, I had a gift card or I would not have purchased them - they took a few hikes/walks for them to break in or settle. Initially, I didn't think they would work but after a couple of short walks and then a hike they feel great.

I have high arches, plantar fasciitis, and work 10 hr days on my feet, walking on cement floors. I have gone through so many shoes and insoles trying to find relief. I don't weigh what these insoles are intended for. I got the heavier weight rated ones due to how long I'm on my feet. These insoles are the best I've found! The arch is amazing. My feet hurt much less and my muscles are less tired by the end of my very long days.

I have used custom orthotics and store bought for years. These are fantastic. They have a high supportive arch and heel cup is just right. They are supportive while being really comfortable, and best part - the pain in my foot is minimal since wearing them. I'm also doing physical therapy, so you have to build strength, but these inserts are truly helpful. And so affordable - I got 3 pairs!

These are working great for me . I am 6'1" 250 lbs and have a tender heel . I bought 3 different brands of insoles and these are the ones that work best for me the other two felt good for a while but after a few weeks my heel pain came back . I use these in my New Balance 993 size 13 shoes and have put between 12 and 25 miles a week on them . After several months they still feel good .

These are awesome. I usually buy inserts in stores but never found the ones that give me the support I need. I am a bit overweight so I need extra support for my arch. I work in a warehouse 10hrs a day, so my safety shoes are a "pain" to wear. I slipped these insoles in and a world of difference. Arch support and a nice balance feel for my feet. I see in the comments they wear out fast, I'm sure mine will as well. If they provide relief it will be worth it. I didn't have any issues with the fit. I was worried about that since most of the time I have had to trim insoles to make them fit. These went in perfectly for my shoes. I will say I was a little worried about the stiffness and thought they might be a little to hard. However, they feel great despite this. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bought a pair of these on a whim, to use in my work shoes. I prefer these to Protalus T100 insoles (which I received for free). Valsole Heavy Duty Support Orthotics last about 2 months before needing replacement. To be clear, they wear out and feel like they have less support on the ball of the foot after 2 months of 4dx10h work days. The heel and arch support are still good and going strong, but ball of the foot loses its spring and support pretty rapidly. I'm not sure which of two features is best, but buying pre-sized (vs Dr. Scholl's cut-to-size yourself) is nice, especially since they just fit (properly sized), or the strong arch support. Both are worth the cost alone. Have purchased two pair now and plan on purchasing more.

I have a pair of these in my Blundstones and a pair in my running shoes I use for badminton. My arch collapses so this does a good job of keeping my foot in the correct position. Best insoles I’ve used by far. Better than Sole, better than Superfeet.
