I have been using this for a month now and it works very well. it removes all the air and then shuts off by itself. Simple, Lightweight, small and easy to store. I love that you can reuse the bags because there is a very strong zip seal on the top that looks like it will last. Less plastic waste, less cost. Great alternayive to my bulky sealer of old.

I ordered the sealer with 30 bags. The bags are all the Medium size. These bags are fairly large so are great for sealing meats, leftovers, partial blocks of cheese etc. However are a bit large for say half an avocado or cucumber. Love that you can open them, take out what you need then reseal them. Also love that you can wash them out and reuse them to seal something else. Sealer seems to run for good amount of seals on one charge. It is easy to charge and operate. I will be looking into ordering some small size bags.

I really love the vacuum sealer. Very easy to use and when I saw how long my vegetables lasted, especially half of an avocado, I was hooked! However. Reusing the bags isn’t as easy as I had hoped. Two of them have already gotten tiny holes in the bottom seam so will no longer stay sealed.

I am very pleased with this food vacuum sealer! I have a large sealer purchased at the big box store but is a pain to use because it is heavy and not easily storable. This item is about the size of a sous vide stick thus can be easily placed in a drawer. The bags that came with the product were sturdy and love that they can be washed and reused. It was easy to use the product and reseal. I used this on a large piece of cheese received as a gift- needed to cut cheese in chunks and save for later. Very pleased and would make a great gift.

Have used the Chef Preserve bag sealer for a few weeks and so far it works well. On some items though you need to stop the bag decompression before it does so automatically, otherwise is squishes breads and softer items. Love the fact that you can reuse the bags. It’s compact, attractive and easy to use.

Even though the old food storage machine I once owned was big and bulky, I often found myself looking at them in the stores. We have a large bulky food preserver we use in the house, but don’t usually use it unless we’re selling big items. A friend told me about this and that it would be good for our RV so I bought it with low expectations. I was amazed! So convenient and small. I tested it out with two bananas that the peel had come away from. I put it in the bag and sealed it overnight expecting to find brown bananas. The bananas were in the same shape as when they went in the bag. My friend uses this to freeze her strawberries as well, take out what she needs and put the rest in the freezer again.. Very convenient. Charges with USB plug, which is provided. Turn bags inside out and put in the dishwasher and you can use them again. This is going to be a game changer for RV traveling when space is limited.

Formidable pour les aliments j’adore. Par contre il semble que les sacs pour ce produit ne sont plus disponibles. Malheureusement il n’y a pas d’information sur la durée de conservation des différents aliments et des produits qu’il vaut mieux ne pas emballer sous vide.
