This is my 4th Vantrue dashcam so I am very familiar with this brand. I’ve been using the N2 Pro for several years but needed another one and Vantrue has been fairly reliable compared to other brands I’ve bought. I will say first of all that their customer service is definitely better than most other companies so that is one reason why I like this brand. They tend to stand by the product (even after the supposed warranty period). So take this into account when buying a dashcam, especially if you are paying several hundreds of $. Vantrue actually responds fairly quickly to any issues with their dashcams (I’ve had 2 small matters come up over the past 4-5 years only). So after looking around I opted for this newer Nexus Pro 3 channel dashcam. The suction mount is very similar to my N2 Pro and when it is really hot, it falls off. I have had to gently re-wet the suction mount a few times already and have done it a number of times with my N2 Pro. But for the most part it suctions all right. Again, it’s only when it is scorching hot outside that the suction tends to unmount. It does not happen all that often. Installation is very easy with 3M tape for mounting, no problems. The video quality is very good! If you want the 4K you’ll need to run the front cam by itself but even doing the 1440 is totally fine. The videos are MP4 format so that is handy and easy and “events” get stored in a separate folder to locate easily. All cameras have good quality (the front is the best of course). The mic quality is outstanding and the LCD screen is fairly large for something like this. This dash cam does have wifi access but honestly I have found wireless access a chore and slow. I prefer to use the microSD card anyway and just view files or events on my laptop with the card. It’s just faster and you don’t have to deal with laggy processing. As for GPS tracking I have not used that function but it is built in if you want to use that. I am suspicious of using GPS though because it does track your speed [hahaha]. Also if you want to have a more permanent parking mode you will want to buy a hardwire kit or use a kind of portable power bank. These things only cost about $15 these days so it isn’t bad at all. Overall I give this N4 Pro 3 channel dashcam 5 stars because the company is very good and the quality of the cameras is excellent and for the ease of use. Going through all the settings is intuitive and easy and you can have this thing setup in no time and on the road. It’s a really good dashcam overall and you can’t beat 3 channels (3 cameras). I give it 5 stars for build quality, performance, and customer support. Yes it costs a little more but it’s worth it. Highly recommended!

The Vantrue N4 Pro is seriously one of the best dash cams I’ve used. The front camera shoots in super sharp 4K, and the cabin and rear cameras record in 1080p. The Sony Starvis II sensor is a big upgrade—night vision is excellent, and I can easily read license plates, even in the dark. I also like the slim design. It doesn’t block my view while driving, and the mount uses double-sided tape instead of a suction cup, so it stays put even in hot weather. Setting it up was easy, and everything you need is included in the box. One feature I didn’t expect to like so much is the Wi-Fi connection. The Vantrue app makes it simple to pair the camera with my phone and download videos. There’s even a dedicated button to turn the mic on or off, which is super convenient when you want some privacy. Overall, I’m really happy with this dash cam. If you’re looking for a solid dash cam with great features, I’d definitely recommend it.

I do gig work and the importance of having a dash cam is a necessary part of my safety and peace of mind, so the choice has to be a top of line model with features that include high definition and easy of use, and like everyone else value. So I searched on Amazon and found this model with strong reviews so I decided to give it a try, and I have to say that I am impressed and very happy with my purchase. First off, the dash cam came in a well protected package and camera itself felt solid and made of high quality materials. A plastic pry tool is even included to help you get under your roof liner to run the necessary wires. Everything that you need to install is included and the instructions are actually good and clear. Secondly, I like the slender form of the camera which doesn't intrude into my line of sight while driving, but there is a very nice rectangular screen that displaying what the three lenses see. Yes 3 lenses, one facing forward, rear, and a cabin. The cabin is definitely a highly recommended feature. All the cameras record in HD with the front being 4K and the others 1080p. Thirdly, the rectangular screen displays all cameras, with the rear and cabin being off to the side of the left of the front view. There is even your speed in orange at the bottom right. Everything is easy to read and crisp. Fourthly, via Wifi the dash cam is linked to my phone, I haven't played with this feature too much yet but having real time video on my phone is a plus, and another check mark in the safety category. Also I want to say the night vision on this dash cam is excellent, I am really impressed with the clarity. There are more features that I haven't explored yet but as I discover more it will only raise the value to cost in my mind. I highly recommend the Vantrue N4 Pro if you are looking for a top of the line dash cam, especially if you do gig work.

I have used many dash cams before. The more recent one was Nextbase 522GW Front Dash and Rear Windows Camera which are average quality only and kept giving me issues such as poor connectivity. Vantrue N4 Pro 3 channel 4K front and rear dash cam are clear winner in almost all aspects. The 4k image quality of the videos are exceptional. Connectivity with my mobile phone is always smooth. Lots of configurations available to suit my specific preferences. I love these Vantrue cams so much that we bought another set for another car after the first week of using the first set. I think the price-performance ratio is very high. The packaging is very high quality, which included everything I need and a very detailed instructions booklet inside (which is good for people of old school like me) though you could download it online. I bought the Ventrue hardwire kit too in order to provide constant power for parking surveillance while giving smart low voltage protection. Overall, Ventrue N4 Pro is a premium product at very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend it to my friends. Besides the quality of the product, their Customer Service Team is also exceptional. I messed something up myself by accident so I raised an issue to their team. Liki from the team was very responsive, efficient and helpful, who addressed my issue immediately. I'm super happy with the overall experience.

This has kept the device cool during the summer months, and I actually prefer driving with the screen off to avoid any distractions. If you ever need the screen back on, a quick press of a button will reactivate it. The 4K resolution, superior night vision and accurate GPS tracking, makes it a top-tier choice for anyone serious about road safety. While there are other high-end dash cams available, very few offer the trifecta of front, interior, and rear coverage with such clarity and ease of use. Even with the downside of it running hot with the LCD screen on, I still believe it is 5 stars since I was able to figure out how to circumvent it from overheating and I don't need the LCD screen on while driving.

The adhesive mount securely holds the front and rear dashcams in place. If you have a small hatchback or sedan, the included 20ft USB C to C cable to connect the rear camera might have a fair bit of excess cable to hide. I ran mine along the inside of the headliner border and hid the excess in the A pillar and down behind the dash (hardwired install), being cautious to not have it interfere with airbag lines. Upon first boot, the dashcam prompted set up and automatically formatted the sd card (supports up to 512GB Class10/U3). If you don't connect the rear camera, it won't show up on the display screen, which is nice. Not sure why you wouldn't want to connect it, but its nice to see the camera display is intelligent enough to auto-display only the cameras connected. You can also change the camera settings (ie: disable interior view) via the Vantrue app. User-Friendly Interface: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)** The intuitive interface of the dashcam makes it easy to navigate through settings and playback footage. The menu is straightforward, and the buttons are well-placed, allowing for quick adjustments on the go. I like the big red power button that takes instant photos/emergency recording. I do prefer the option to change settings via your phone (connected via wifi NOT Internet) over using the buttons to navigate the menus. All in all, upon unboxing, it truly "feels" like a quality product. The camera housing is sleek and weighty and the device itself uses supercapacitors to mitigate severe heat and cold temperatures. The N4 Pro really does impress with its exceptional video quality, simple installation, and user-friendly interface. Its 4K resolution camera, enhanced night vision, and wide-angle lenses ensure comprehensive coverage and clear footage. The simple setup, thoughtful design, and intuitive controls make it a top choice to ensure when you're on the road, you have all your bases covered.

I was looking for a dashcam system to upgrade my old single channel dashcam. This dashcam system suited my needs. The 3 channels provides complete coverage in the front, back, and the inside with excellent video quality in both day and night. Been using it for a few days and all I can say is that I'm impressed. Comes with lots of features, like GPS and voice control. Voice control is pretty responsive, but sometimes might not pick up the command. Not a big issue though since I don't use the voice control that much. Connecting to the dashcam via the app is really simple. Although the dashcam has a screen, the live preview from the phone made setting up the dashcam position so much easier. Easily view and download the video clips from the app, and downloading clips over the 5GHz wifi is quite quick too. All the settings can also be set from the app, which makes changing settings so much easier than setting on the dashcam itself (though you can still do that). This dashcam will record 3 separate files (front, rear, and cabin), so be sure to get a large memory card. You might think you don't need a interior cabin camera, but let me tell you, the interior cabin camera is not just for rideshare drivers. Sometimes the police can make mistakes and might accuse you of something you didn't do. But you need evidence to prove your innocence. If the police pulls you over because they think you were looking at your phone while driving but you were not, then you have video proof from the cabin camera proving you were not on your phone. The interior cabin camera angle is wide enough to capture the movements of the driver and passenger, and even backseat passengers (depending on where you install it). Or if the police says you or your passenger weren't wearing your/their seatbelt when you/they actually were, then you have video proof of that as well. Or if you get robbed in the car, you have video of the criminal's face. These things can be hard to prove in court, so having video evidence here will be very useful. Having been burned before because I didn't have interior camera to record my actions to prove myself innocent, I cannot stress enough the importance of protecting yourself these days, whether from the police or from other cars or people, and having this dashcam system will be super useful in proving your innocence. Only con I have about this is the slow start up. It takes maybe about 7-8 seconds after starting the car and the power port becomes active before the dashcam will boot up. Not a big problem for me though. Overall, a great dashcam with excellent quality and features, and I'm happy that I've invested in this dashcam to give me the peace of mind knowing I have protection in case an incident happens. You cannot go wrong with this dashcam.
