I bought the slim/black. It's sturdy and well made. I wasn't going to buy the cheapest but didn't want to spend a lot of money either. This product is a great value for the cost. I've had it about 3 weeks and really like it! Benefits - I have noticed my muscles are getting a workout (especially the legs) and it is helping with lymphatic drainage. I feel like my joints aren't as achy and I can do a deeper stretch than before I started using it. I appreciate how easy it is to move around or put away when not in use. About the equipment - I like that it comes with the arm bands and resistance bands. The booklet that's in the box shows photos of different ways to use it for workouts. The max time setting is 10 minutes. I prefer 15 or 20 minute intervals so I have to keep adding time but it's no big deal. There is a remote you can use while you're on it by pointing it down to the control panel. It's not complicated to figure out. The options are basically minutes, speed and 3 pre-sets (walk, jog, run). I was hesitant to get one but finally did it and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this vibration plate because I need to lose some weight and wanted to start slowly. Where I live is very hot and walking outside in the summer is not doable. So I figured this would be a cheaper solution than a treadmill. I absolutely love this vibration plate! It works well and comes with additional items to help you get fit! I’m looking forward to setting a schedule each day to use it, whether it’s just for a walking vibration or getting in a run! It’s great for my muscles and my knees! I love that is vibration plate is ready out of the box. I used it immediately and was impressed by how quiet it is.! The plate is very stable and the different modes and speeds add variety to your workout. It can be used while sitting and watching tv or you can do an intense all body workout. After 1 session my circulation improved and ankle swelling reduced. Love it!

I purchased this product to keep me active due to inclement weather, and in my case, snowfall. I bought this to try for additional pain relief in my knees while working out. I have used it a few times now and it seems to work well. You can set different levels form the remote to see what works best. The unit itself is small and easy to store. It comes with lots of great accessories to use while working out. I can definitely feel the relief in my knees and also the tightness in my core as I dry different activities/exercised. A great product.

Didn't know what to think when getting it. Heard lost of different things. Like how it grips to the ground and doesn't slide around or move while on it. Had multiple different setting/programs from beginner to advanced. The programs are nice for you can start off easy and during the time limit on it, will adjust to higher level of vibration/movement and then go back down similar to doing a work out. Or if you want to have on just one setting, you can select staying on one lever for the time allotted. Goes up to a max of 15min (defaults starting at 10min and I just it higher) or you can lessen it if you don't want to spend that much time on it. Just started using a few weeks ago, so haven't noticed a big change and don't feel sore after like some have mentioned but does help with blood circulation I have noticed.
