Update:I was immediately contacted by the company and a replacement bottle is being sent out right away. Customer service is great. Well the d3 may have been good, I have used the before. But, I can't get them out. They are in one big solid glob. It's like the were melted together. I've even tried putting them apart with a butter knife so not to puncture any. No luck. I'll see if I can return them.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I think the supplement itself actually works decently... but beware the hot poker burning sensation you'll get in your throat for about an hour after taking them. It's bad enough that I won't be buying this product again. I'll stick with my usual multi-vitamin, D3, and just try some straight elderberry supplement, minus the ginger. I think that's the culprit. I have taken this with a meal AND a 16oz glass of water, and the burn is still fighting the good fight in my throat. Yikes! I'm adding another star because the company reached out regarding my review, and a company that is proactive, even though my review wasn't "negative" deserves credit for that in my opinion. The supplement worked well, I just couldn't handle the burn, so it wasn't for me. I'll try their other supplements, though!

Very good quality product. Does not cause nausea or upset stomach. Just make sure to take with either/ or vitamin k2 , zinc, and magnesium glycinate and ofcourse plenty of water.
