This is amazingly good coconut oil! It smells like you just cracked open a sun-warmed coconut on the beach. The oil is smooth and creamy, with no grit or fiber in it. I only use it on my skin, so I can't say how it tastes, but if it's anything like it smells, it's good stuff. Better quality than Amazon's house brand, lower priced, and you get a full 16 ounces, not the 15 ounces that Amazon sells.

Melted coconut oil should retain the same aroma at even higher temperatures. Again this one does that. 5. When cooking in the oil, the oil should make the ingredients glide over the surface. 6. Well worth the price for this long-lasting tub of coconut oil. I've seen others that are far cheaper, but as I looked at the ounces, I realized they are half of this brand, yet the size of the photo of the Amazon brand is exactly the same! There are many uses for this, and the results are refreshing. Using this on your skin will produce results and leave you smelling fresh. Totally recommend this product.

This truly is pure coconut oil, made in Philippines. I use it for oil pulling for my teeth. It works great and the coconut tastes so good I don't mind swishing it for awhile, it reduced inflammation on one tooth that has a cavity and its keeping it from hurting till i can get it fixed. ITS ALSO GREAT FOR ERUPTING WISDOM TEETH TO PREVENT INFECTION Can be used in baking too and this is probably the best coconut oil i have ever bought it really is organic. Oil pulling: floss first, then swish table spoon of coconut oil for 5 mins in mouth, if a tooth hurts focus swishing near it more, after 5 mins spit in garbage can not sink since it's oil. Brush teeth well after with a soft bristle tooth brush.
