This RO system is everything that is advertised. The Waterdrop G3P800 Reverse Osmosis System, arrived double boxed and very secure. Everything to install the system is included. The supplied water adapter is one of the nicest and easiest to use. Was a snap to install it between the cold water line and kitchen sink faucet. The PE tubing was easy to install and work with back to the unit. All are color coded. They also supply a tube cutter to cut your tubing. I had to rewire the Garbage Disposal to get an electrical box under our sink. (120+ year old home has its challenges.) Search for Garbage Disposal Wireless Switch Kit, Remote Control Outlet and the InSinkErator Garbage Disposal Power Cord Kit. These will be needed if you Garbage Disposal was direct wired and you are needing to convert it to a plug in that will work with the Waterdrop RO. I put a dual outlet box on the wire that was originally direct wired into the Disposal. The installation once you have an electric outlet is quite straight forward. Their instructions are easy to read and extremely accurate. They walk you through the whole installation process step by step and no issues. One of the big reasons that I purchased it was the way the filters twist in the unit. They are a breeze to put in, and will be very easy to change them when the need to be replaced. Only a quarter turn and they are securely installed or removed. I tested the old RO system that I was replacing and it was 73ppm. The new Waterdrop system shows 12ppm on the RO faucet and the main unit display, and when the water was tested with an independent tester it also showed 12ppm. Our tap water just for reference tests at 463ppm. The water flow is excellent and you can easily fill your water bottles, tea kettles, and pots for cooking with, very quickly. I had my Wife and the real water snob in the house, Oliver (one of our Standard Poodles) who will demand that you get him fresh water every time he wants a drink. They both love the taste of the water! Overall it is a great system and very easy to install. It is worth every bit of its cost. Updated 10-29-2024 This system is unbelievable, the best tasting water. We have bought a new refrigerator and have bought the Waterdrop Ice Maker Kit.. Everything you need is right there. Hooked up and had working in less than 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go get some 90 degree elbows for the 1/4 tubing. Takes longer to route the water line than the actual installation. The quality of the water has even improved. We find the unit back flushing quite often, to keep the system producing the best water. Shows between 6 and 9 ppm now. We will be installing another at my Wife's business as she loves the water taste. Our dogs now drink twice the water they use too... My friends with the same Water Drop RO systems have said the same thing... Their Dogs love the water... I feel it has been one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

Excellent buy. Water is crystal clean and refeshing. I did the math on this ladies and gentlemen. If I purchased this filter would it be cost effective? Absolutely!. Im paying on average 75.00 a month on bottled water. I compared this filtered water to the purchased bottle water and not only did it taste better but long term it is much more cost effective. No brainer. Better water for a lot less is a win in my book. I hope this helps you get quality water at an affordably reasonable price. Follow the installation instructions and you should h ave no problems with the install. Make sure it fits before you buy it has some size to it.

Water drop provides an outstanding product and excellent customer service! I’ve have owned my unit for a year. I changed all three filters during that time (an easy process by the way). After changing the third filter, I started experiencing the pump surging causing water to have an inconsistent flow rate from the faucet. I Called Waterdrop customer service and they were quick to provide me with replacement filters and troubleshoot the situation. When that did not solve the problem they sent me a brand new unit complete! The removal and reinstallation process was a breeze. This is such a fantastic reverse osmosis system. It has a small footprint, takes up little room compared to other systems. Super easy to change filters. I am completely sold and recommend it to all my friends. I have the G3P – 800 unit. If you are concerned with your health and receiving great quality water and want endless water this is the unit for you. Tank type RO systems give you a certain amount of RO water. You run out then have to wait for the unit to produce more. Additionally, I want to give great thanks to Harper a customer service representative who I dealt with through email, he provided me with the best customer service. I am happy to be a customer of water drop.

Fast delivery, easy to use, clear written & video instructions. One hose was missing to connect below the sterilizer but I managed to cut the one above it into 2 pieces. No leaks from any connections on first try. It reduced my tap water TDS from 250 to 4 and the TDS readings were exact as I cross check it independently with another device I have. Great device and highly recommend it. Only thing I couldn't make the garburator work at the same time, it stays on and have to disconnect manually, I'm buying the remote switch to have work independently of the filtration system.

Me decidí por este modelo por sus mejores características. Le instalé un remineralizador pero no el grifo que trae, en su lugar cambié el viejo de la cocina por uno de 3 vías. El resultado ha sido excepcional, el sabor del agua es de manantial, llenas un vaso en muy pocos segundos. También me gustó el poco desperdicio de agua que tiene, comparado con otras máquinas. La instalación es sencilla (si aprietas bien las conexiones) y el cambio de filtros no puede ser más accesible. En resumen, que estoy encantado con el aparato y mucho más con saber que no tendré que estar más veces cargando con las garrafas de agua del súper.

Play Video Jednostka filtrująca bardzo głośno pracuje (załączam film). Szczególnie irytujące jest to kiedy włącza się procedura samoczyszczenia (30-40s) a jest środek nocy ! Wylewka występuje jedynie w wersji z kranikiem po prawej stronie. Jestem leworęczny i przez to strasznie niewygodnie mi się z tego korzysta. Dlaczego nie można było zaprojektować kranika centralnie? (są takie na rynku). To jednak wszystko nic w porównaniu do trzeciego, największego problemu. Nie wiem czy to jakiś element mechaniczny czy same filtry ale po pewnym czasie użytkowania z urządzenia wydziela się intensywna i nieprzyjemna woń. Byłem przekonany, że to jakaś awaria rur kanalizacyjnych!

I am Very pleased with this product. Great and professional packaging. Easy to install. I purchased remineralized filter (MNR35) separately and added to the system. Installed it before UV Sterilizer.

I had some doubts in buying a 1000+ item and installing it myself, but it works perfectly so far. It's not a very easy task to install everything (I also bought an additional filters and a fridge mini-tank), so I had some professional help. The re-mineralization filter gives a nice/normal flavour to the water. The TDS is always staying between 4-7, good pressure all the time, not much noise (I have high-end/thick cabinets). Love it.
