Reluctantly I purchased this vanilla expecting it to be a sad knock off. Thankfully, I was wrong. This is a quality vanilla. It’s tasty! Priced fair enough to enjoy it in drinks, sauces, & (of course) baking.

Finally a quality product that doesn't wreak of alcohol, smells and tastes like the real thing.

I used this to make some root beer cupcakes with root beer frosting. The flavor is great.

I have been using Watkins vanilla my entire life because my mom was a Watkins salesperson in the 60s and 70s. Being able to purchase it on Amazon makes me so happy! Such wonderful quality, flavor, and a great value!

I like the product enough to use it in very small quantities (1/4 teaspoon) in combination with other root beer flavorings to make root beer. I make a tea base using sarsaparilla and sassafras roots. I add vanilla and sugar and just a small amount of this extract just to round out the root beer flavor. I use it in conjunction with other root beer flavoring products found on Amazon. It is a nice addition to enhance the root beer flavor in the recipe, but I would not use it as the primary root beer flavoring due to the artificial maple syrup flavor profile and smell.

I grew up using Watkins Vanilla. Very pricey but well worth it. The aroma says how good it is. This is a small bottle, but will serve my needs nowadays. It’s easy to pour. Watkins makes great products.

This is much better than the normal stuff you find in the grocery store. The almond flavor is very distinct.

I use this extract to make my caramel cakes and frosting, great taste, no bitter chemical after taste. Perfect bottle size for several cakes. A must have in my pantry.

Had high hopes for this extract but it tastes strongly of imitation maple extract, not so much root beer

I was so happy to find clear vanilla available in this size container. I go through a ton of it with my small cake business and it's so convenient to be able to refill my smaller size container with. Watkins products have great flavour!

I really like the subtle flavour of the cinnamon extract. I like to use it in my fruit salad or add to water to give it that extra flavour, I would highly recommend this product. A little goes a long way.
