I am an 80-year-old male with gradually decreasing flexibility, especially for cleaning my bathtub/shower. I bought Wet and Forget Shower solution to transform what was for me a very challenging task into something I could comfortable live with. I had high expectations based on Amazon reviews, but it sounded too good to be true, anyway. It wasn't! From what I read about the product, I realized that removing the product from the shower walls and tub would require some volume of water, and my shower head would in no way suffice. I looked at Amazon shower head offerings and purchased the highly flexible Cobbe product. The Cobbe shower head/sprayer was extremely easy to install, in spite of my initial instinct to make it more difficult than it turned out to be, based on years of household plumbing experiences. I removed old Teflon tape and applied new to the water supply spout extending from the wall. I then threaded and manually tightened each connection, per included installation instructions. After tightening each joint as much as I could by hand, the ball adjustment for the final angle of the spray head remained fully flexible. With some trepidation, I turned on the water supply and looked for the inevitable small leaks on one of more of the joints. There were none! I waited a few moments and opened the shower head to spray some water, and all was well. I turned it back off. Still no leaks. I then opened the convenient sprayer control and obtained a strong spray, ideal for cleaning the tub and shower walls. Excellent results from Cobbe! After taking a shower with the new Cobbe shower head, I then applied the Wet and Forget Shower solution with the provided spray applicator. My tub and tiled shower walls were pretty nasty after months of neglect, and prior reviews warned that it might take multiple applications/removals to get things clean. After allowing the product to sit idle for 8 hours, per instructions, I used the Cobbe sprayer with hot water to remove the Wet and Forget from the walls and tub. The strong, hot spray quickly did a far better than expected job of removing the assorted soap scum and whatever black and orange junk that was scattered here and there around the tub. The stuff streamed off the walls and tub sides and down the drain. It took almost no time for this to take place. Due to the extremely nasty condition that was presented for cleaning, the initial application/removal was not perfect. I estimate that about 10-15% remained here and there in the grout between tiles and in corner joints. Overall appearance was markedly improved, but not perfect, so I kept going. I applied another dose of Wet and Forget to the remaining dirty areas and let them sit for about 11 hours, from morning to evening. I repeated the hot spray removal process and most of the residual grime washed away immediately. There remained about 5% of what I started with, so I went thru the process again. After another 9 hours, I sprayed again and almost everything was gone. I attacked the few stubborn areas with a toothbrush for about 3-4 minutes and sprayed hot water again. There remain a few light stains in a corner joint, but the rest of the tub and shower are clean as a whistle. I am absolutely delighted with the results and will now begin using the Wet and Forget product once a week, as suggested on the product container. For you younger users using the product on less neglected tubs/showers, I have no doubt that your results will be even more immediate and satisfying.

I was fully prepared to send this back for a refund because I honestly did not believe it would work. I bought Wet & Forget because I was desperate. I share a shower with my brother. To say, "EWW!" doesn't begin to cover it. I am constantly cleaning that thing. We have mineral-laden (hard) water from a well. Between the discoloration, the soap scum, the shampoo residue, the hair (his, which he never cleans up), the mold and mildew that seems to build up overnight - you get the picture. I could not believe how well this product worked. It's a miracle! I called all my friends and told them to buy it, NOW! I sprayed it on and left for 10 minutes. When I came back I rinsed the shower and EVERYTHING went down the drain! I just had to pick up the hair - everything else, gone! I sprayed the shower again and left the product overnight. The next morning, I rinsed down the entire shower and it was sparkling clean! No mold, no mildew, no soap scum - nothing. It is a delight to maintain now. This stuff is priceless! BTW, I bought the vanilla scent. The scent is so mild, it is practically unscented. I am highly sensitive to any sort of chemicals. I have had absolutely ZERO reaction to Wet & Forget. No issues at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought this because I was tired of the glass door getting soap scum and having to clean it can be difficult. This product is great if you do indeed keep up with applying it weekly and still do a like scrub. I apply at night and the next morning when take a shower I scrub real quick and then rinse it off and works great. But I would still recommend doing a deep clean every so often as needed.

This product is amazing. It has completely changed my shower cleaning experience for the better, and I will not be looking back to the old ways. One thing to note is that this product is not your typical cleaning solution that you spray on a bunch of gross scum and go in with a scrub brush or sponge. That is not its strong suit, and I don't feel it was designed with that type of cleaning in mind. It's more of an anti-microbial thing that keeps crud from building up, and keeps mold from growing. We used to have our shower floors and walls turn orange every week, and the grout would get black mold. At first application of this product, I sprayed it on, let it sit for half a day and washed it off. A lot of "material" washed away with it. Cool. Second application the next day, and even more stuff washed away. Things were looking up. I still had to go in and do some spot cleaning with a brush. The stubborn areas needed elbow grease to get clean. This is expected. Where this product really shines is keeping clean surfaces clean. After the initial scrubbing effort, I was able to spray down the shower truly once a week. Every Friday night before bed. I can then get up on a Saturday morning, rinse off the shower real quick, and any little traces of mildew are easily washed away. And everything stays shiny and clean for the whole rest of the week. IT DOESN'T GET BAD ANYMORE. I don't have to scrub. So in summary, this is top-tier maintenance product. It keeps the surfaces nearly spotless for a week at a time. For the initial cleaning where you have to scrub away old crud buildup, I would use something else that warns you to wear rubber globes and eye protection. If the fumes don't get you high, it's not strong enough. Oh, and don't expect miracles if your caulk is black. No cleaner is going to fix that. It has to be scraped out and replaced once the mold soaks in.

I have no idea why this product is so highly rated. It’s very easy to apply and the idea of it not needing scrubbing is nice. The smell is nice. It’s clear in color. When I used it, it barely go rid of any hard water stains. After a couple of sessions some of the grime started to clear off but it wasn’t anything amazing. Wouldn’t buy this again.

I think some reviewers are expecting this shower cleaner to perform miracles. It's not going to work great if you haven’t cleaned your shower in months. But for light soap scum and grime build up, it works amazingly well! Sprayed it all over my shower before bed and rinsed it thoroughly with super hot water in the morning. My shower looks and smells really great! It got rid of all the soap scum and grime, and left my shower squeaky clean! Even really heavy build up would probably come off with multiple overnight applications.

Product doesn't work. We tried it several times and it made no difference at all. It was a waste of money.

I use this product and spray it on my shower tiles to keep them from developing mildew. I find it helps keep the tiles pretty clean and I don't need to apply it too often. I don't use in on the shower glass though. I find that for the shower glass it's better to use a different product that seals the glass and helps keep it clean. I will buy this product again and keep using it on my shower tiles.

EFFECTIVE THE GLASS LOOKS CLEAN WHEN DRYED. HOWEVER THE FRAGRANCE IS NOT VERY APPEALING IT CAUSES ME TO CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR.
