I recently purchased these vacuum seal bags to use with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer, and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. I had been purchasing the brand name bags that go to the vacuum sealer I have. I decided to try these instead given the price point. They work just as well as the other bags. I highly recommend. I also do recommend the entire vacuum bagging process for freezing foods and minimizing food waste. I buy meat in bulk and portion it out to my family meal size. I also grind meat which allows me to mix and blend for making burgers. It is pretty efficient to just pick a day to spend an hour portioning, grinding and packing to save money. Other things I use these vacuum pack backs for is packing up leftovers for easy reheating, and it works well for marinating foods.

I received a Food Saver as a Christmas gift two years ago. I love how I can cook a lot of a dishes and save leftovers in the freezer. I freeze individual portions and they taste as good as the day I made them. These bags cost a LOT less than the brand name and they work just as well. No difference in quality. A big savings on price.

So, the width fits great, the rolls are so thick that they don’t fit in the compartment very well. We have been making smaller rolls out of old holders. The quality of bag is actually quite good. Not as good as genuine Food Saver, but the price makes it worth it. They still work VERY well in the freezer.

Bought these to use with my new Food Saver Vacuum sealer. I like having the choice of two sizes and they work every bit as well as the bags sent with the sealer. They seal well, are durable and excellent price. Will buy them again.

I am new to vacuum sealers and bags but I got a very affordable vac sealer and unknown to me they sell products like this ehere you can basically customize a bag to whatever size you want within the width obviously. I am glad I went the roll route vs premade sized bags. This maybe obvious to some but each time you want to make a new bag you have to seal the end then cut to size and seal again. On smaller items i was curious if I would cut the 11" width in half and make a perpendicular seal to make a smaller bag and yah duh it obviously works so that IMO makes it even more versatile. All in all the bags work well with my sealer and I think the rolled is a more versatile method. Theoretically I don't know if they make bags the length of a full rack of ribs but i could cut the roll to that size and have it fit. Great buy and ohh yeah the included for some reason a large bag for like blankets etc that you use a ship vac type connector which was a cool freebie bonus.

As someone who cooks sous vide and on a smoker, I go through a ton of these. Thick, durable, and reliable. Cut to the length you need, seal an end, insert food, vac and seal the other end. Not much else to it. Simple and affective.

Best product for the price. Use it all the time to seal all my frozen vegetables to save from freezer burn.
