In Dec 2023, I purchased this wireless microphone for my Android, for personal vlogging. I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its performance especially with a price within my budget. The item arrived in perfect condition, complete with a charging wire, foams for the mic, and clips to secure it on lapels or shirts. The first time I use this microphone was in outdoor Sedona, where windy conditions usually pose a challenge for recording devices. However, to my surprise, the sound of my recording came out very clear, capturing every detail without any distortion from the wind. One of the best features of this microphone is its ease of installation – it's as simple as plug and play, making it convenient for quick setup and use. I also tested it during longer recording sessions in Hawaii, and it never failed me, delivering consistent and high-quality audio throughout. The only caveat I have is its small size, which makes it easy to misplace. To address this, I always keep it in a zippered case to ensure I don't lose it while traveling or moving around. This mic works well and does take a lot of the noise away, but not completely. If you hold the mic, you can sometimes hear your finger rubbing against it. It's just something to keep in mind. I also want to note that the description or product information says the mic is omnidirectional. I believe that is not true because it doesn't appear to be omnidirectional when I take the mic sponge off. There is a picture of the microphone I bought and another omnidirectional mic to prove my point. By definition, an omnidirectional mic captures sounds from all directions, but when I look at how the microphone is built, it doesn't look like it is omnidirectional. Is it possible it is still omnidirectional even though it doesn't look like it is? I will let you decide whether or not this is true by showing you a picture to compare mics. Regarding clarity, the microphone does a good job recording my voice. I am a soft-spoken person, so I hold the mic close to my mouth so it can record my voice. But as other reviewers have said, you can also clip it to your shirt, and it will record your voice perfectly fine. Even when I speak softly, it doesn't compress my voice to the point where it is hard to hear. Another mic I had for noise canceling canceled my voice so much that it was hard to hear what I was saying, or I had to hold it really close up to my mouth for it to actually pick up my voice. This mic seems to work well for soft-spoken people.

This little guys are super good and affordable.. good sound and plug and play…. One thing, since this mic are connected to the lighting port you have to disconnect the device to hear whatever you have recorded.

This is a nice set that requires no special drivers or app to be installed. I got the USB-C type and it works well with both my Samsung phone and tablet. There is no hassle of pairing, the mic automatically connects to the receiver. The receiver has a pass-through USB-C port to allow the phone/tablet to be charged while in use. This is great for Zoom or Teams meetings. I have not tested the range of the wireless connection.

This is a very good microphone that works well with my Samsung S25 Ultra. The kit includes 2 rechargeable mics and one base unit that plugs into your phone. It work really well but don’t expect the same audio quality as some higher end external microphones. No Bluetooth paring required as the base unit and mics will pair with each other.

I got the mic so that I could mic up my son while he’s playing hockey and other sports. This mic has great sound quality and the range goes to 100’ as mentioned in the description. However, if you are facing away from your phone, it will not pic up anything. It’s just scratchy nasty noise. This would be great for interviews or a podcast, but it is NOT a good option to mic up an athlete. Thus, the reason for 3 stars.

This mic is amazing for making YouTube videos! I make videos explaining how I'm fixing or making stuff, the process, and the reason for doing what I'm doing and with this mic, my voice is always clear and loud no matter how much other noise is around and has no wire to be tripping over! Perfect for anyone who makes videos!

It took me a few minutes to fumble around with getting the iPhone's voice memo to start using the mic. But once I got it connected once, it was fairly easy to connect both mics and start recording. I did multiple recordings of voice with only ambient sounds (like the AC), and voice with music in the background. I also moved around my home (about 20 ft) away from my phone and recorded audio. The audio capture is great, extends a long-range, and there are no ambient sounds (like my fairly loud AC vents). In comparison, the iPhone built-in microphone captures a lot more ambient sounds. Therefore these mics are perfect for podcasts, quick outdoor videos/interviews, and anything that is focused on capturing spoken words. Keep in mind, although there are two mics, it does not mean the audio captures in stereo. Both mics are mono (as is the built-in mic on my iPhone 13 Pro). Don't expect to record any stereo sounds by combining the two mics, they are really for spoken word capture (as opposed to say a live musical performance or someone's beautiful singing voice). All in all, I was pleasantly surprised, and am looking forward to a lot of outdoor videos with friends this summer.

The microphones came in a small thin tin box, with their card, their user manual and the mic with its charger and receiver. Really simple packaging which I liked because it made the price less and it was really easy and simple to learn how to use and handle. You get two mics placed in foam mold, you get two clips for the mics, 1 receiver and a charging cable as well as a iOS connecter because the adapter is type C. How to use: its really EASY, which is another thing i loved about this product, all you need to do is attach the receiver adapter into your phone. THATS IT! I had microphones much more expensive than this, and oh boy they take time setting up because it's like you need to download a special app and follow a set of steps. This was easy, just put it on then use whatever app you want, for me I had an iPhone and it worked great on my camera recording as well as the recording app. I was surprised by the manual because it had such few steps. The steps are, get your mic, turn it on, then get your adapter and put it in your phone and finally just use the app you want. Quality and price: This was a big surprise for me when i saw the quality, I was thinking okay its 50 bucks, must be just decent, but no, the quality was great. For how cheap it is and how few the steps there were. It didn't look like I'm recording from a mic at first, I thought it's my phone picking up my voice, but then I put it to the test, I kept getting further and further while saying something and each time it picked up my voice the same, and clearly. I also whispered which was just as clear. I haven't tried it for gaming yet, but I think it could work well in it as well, because the quality is like a gaming headphone mic. So, for $25.99 with coupon I think this is a great purchase, you can tell they didn't use their money on packaging or anything but the microphone, which is great. Recommendation: I would definitely recommend this because it's really simple and great to use, especially if you're a streamer or someone who just enjoys making videos and wants to record their talking. The company hand a nice reminder on the cap of the box saying if you didn't get the right set you can contact them. For me it said the mic does not fit iPhone 7-14, but they also gave the iOS connector so for me it has all the right parts. But I definitely recommend this product, even if you want to gift your family and friends, anyone who enjoys making videos and wants a cheap easy mic to start with, this for sure is great for that. I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it!

I've only used these mics a few times but I have to say I'm impressed with the functionality and sound quality at this price point. A tiny bit of background noise is audible, but nothing too distracting. Easy to set up and use, and so far no issues with quality. If you're looking for decent lav mics on a budget, you can't go wrong with these.
