When we bought our home, we didn't think to check all the outlets in the house. Eventually it came to our attention that ALL the outlets were loose (the recepticals, so they wouldn't hold any plugs!). Of course, it became a ,"problem for tomorrow" and then life kept going. It was infuriating and with nobody ever seeming to have time to fix every outlet in the house (or the one I need to use at any given time or day) it became the bane of my existence. None of our quick fix solutions ever worked for long. ENTER SNUG PLUG. I saw these little beauties randomly on amazon. It seemed simple and affordable enough to give them a try. EUREKA!!! These little guys are AMAZING! They work! REALLY REALLY WORK! And you don't have to have a special license or electrical background to use them. Just slip them in the receptical and bam! Your outlet recepticals hold your plugs! I LOVE IT!! I no longer have to wait for anyones schedule to open up to replace my outlets. Seems like such a silly thing to rave about, until you experience the frustration of faulty outlets. THIS PRODUCT is a frustration eliminator! I was struggling with a loose outlet and a friend told me about these little devices that will help keep a plug in place. A simple device but it does the job!

This product works very well for those loose plugs but be aware that it can cause your plugs to become so tight that it can be difficult to remove the socket.

I tried ordering these as a stocking stuffer this Christmas for my husband, but they were sold out. As soon as I saw them back in stock, I ordered them. We live in a house built in 1950. Several electrical outlets now won't hold a plug. Some outlets don't hold a plug at all. Some plugs are loose in the outlet so that, over time, they eventually fall out and suddenly, the lamp or appliance has no electricity. This happened over and over to an outlet behind our sofa in the den, requiring us to pull the sofa out and re-plug the lamp. So why not call an electrician? Well, we were waiting until we needed something more major to happen because electricians are expensive! We were then going to add the loose electrical outlets to our list of repairs. But for years now, nothing major has happened! I know this is a very small problem in the world of home ownership, but it was definitely irritating. Then along comes Snug Plug! The package comes with 10 "snugs." So that's 10 outlets that can be repaired in a matter of seconds. We didn't need that many, so we will save the remaining "snugs" for the future. This product works! And it took a matter of minutes to remove the outlet plate and insert the "snug." Don't have that many outlets that don't hold a plug? Buy them anyway because you will if you live in your home for long.

This product actually works!! I had a couple outlets that I have charging blocks in. They always hung loosely from the plug and I put this in the plug and no more charging blocks falling out when I try to plug something in!! One side of the plug is larger, of course, and the plastic piece is designed that way also. Just make sure you have the plastic piece turned the correct way or it won’t fit!! This product really solved my problem!!

Solves a problem. I use it for travel for loose connections on planes ... does exactly as advertised. If there is a problem, it is that these are small and easy to lose. Quite expensive for what you get from a $/pc perspective, but it flat out does the job. I'd love to see a way to loosely attach it to a power block so I didn't have to worry about keeping track of these little buggers, but if I lose them, I def buy more.

WOW! What a simple fix to an aggravating problem! These are perfect. I had 2 outlets that are loose. One for the microwave and coffee pot, the other for my landline phone base. They are perfect! No more plugs slipping out in the middle of something! YaY!!!

Easy to install. They work perfectly ! The plugs are no longer falling out of the wall sockets. I highly recommend them !

Tired of your phone charger falling out of electrical socket? These little plastic inserts make the socket fit tightly. They were too deep for one of my extension cords, but fit well once I snipped off a couple of mm with scissors.

Works great, and very much needed. A bit expensive for what it is, but if you need it, you need it.
