Talk about firm! This is great! The 8 inch height is perfect! The only complaint is the smell of the packaging when opening. Once opened it said for over 48 hours (which is a pain) but this is a must to allow it to rise and stiffen as it should. This is being used for a child bed, which before when mommy and daddy laid in the bed with the kid, the old mattress would go flat. This one supports all 3 weight for bed time reading etc. It's firm but not a rock, and is high enough to make the bed feel comfortable to get in and out of, if your 3 foot tall or 6 foot tall. The edges do not really sage. This is an ideal twin mattress for sure! If you like a softer matters get a topper and this will support you all night properly. We shall order another two for the other twin beds in the house! Pleasantly Surprised!

Bought this a bit apprehensively knowing some nightmare stories of people getting beds online but I'm pleasantly surprised. It decompressed pretty fast, I opened it around 10 am and by 3/4,pm it was completely ready. It's firm but not hard, very supportive, my only qualm is if you sleep with someone who's heavier in the bed than you it sorta sinks to that side but it's not a problem really. For the price I'm very happy.

I needed a daybed for my spare bedroom and I was looking for a used one on Facebook and Craigslist. After looking for weeks and not finding anything that was reasonable enough and clean enough that I wanted in my house. My daughter told me I was nuts and should just try Amazon. She was right. I bought a bed that was cheaper than anything else I had seen, it was delivered to my front door and it is perfect. I bought this mattress because of the price and reviews. Great buy. It was delivered a day early, we opened it immediately and within a couple of hours puffed up to the eight inches and I slept on it comfortably that night. I ended up saving money and got a brand new bed and mattress delivered to my house.

The price for 12" mattress was listed at $159, invoice charged $165. I overlooked the small difference. Total was too high tho and I noticed they charged a $10.50 to take away old mattress, but I did not check that box and kept the old mattress to sleep on the floor while I waited for the new one to decompress. Amazon Help gave me the pick up fee back in way of credit. Thank you. Once mattress is out of box, there IS a note that says "zipper side down". But...where is the zipper? It is in the grey side, which is rolled inside the tootsie roll. I let it decompress the full 72 hours to fully deflate to 12" but that never happened.The mattress is not as comfortable as my old one and that is disappointing. I weigh less than 125# but I sink in, supposed to be medium, feels like soft to me esp compared to my old one. Replacing old one only due to age of mattress and a "rut" finally developed. If I can find a way to return it, I will purchase the one with 3 layers vs two layers. I was very happy with my original twin Zinus.

I was glad it arrived on time. I saw there were many good reviews so I couldn’t wait to try it. It was priced reasonable so I chose this over other ones. I wanted a medium feel mattress with no coils. It did not take long to start expanding once it was opened. It is made of very good quality and very sturdy. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I ordered a queen size for my RV and it fit just right.

I was in need of a new mattress. I did not want spend a lot of money on one. I have slept on it for 5 nights now. It is very comfortable. I am not waking up sore and I am getting a good night sleep. I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. For the money, I would buy it again.

I upgraded from a twin XL to this mattress and oh my gosh.. it's so comfortable! More on the firm side but I love it. Super happy with the purchase. It arrived super fast as well!

This mattress is very comfortable. My only caution to others is to buy your sheets accordingly. We bought this mattress (10in) for our toddler’s new bed. We wanted to get him Toy Story bedding. It was difficult in its self just to find full size Toy Story bedding, but I’m guessing due to this mattress being thicker, it did not fit. So I ended up putting some old queen sized sheets on it that ended up fitting well. So when getting sheets either try to find full XL or just go up to a queen. The mattress has no smells, it’s perfectly firm but soft, makes no noise when on it. The first night my son slept on it I was able to let him fall asleep next to me and I was able to get up and sneak away without him realizing.

I am 5'9 and 149 lbs, this mattress is literally what I always looking for. It is not too firm like 6" which is hard to sleep on side, and not too soft neither that will cause a back pain. I am a side sleeper and this mattress is ok for me.

We bought a couple of these mattresses and I can say that we were pleasantly surprised. The are very comfy and firm enough that you don't sink into them when you sit on it. Definitely recommend.

Overwhelmed by all the bed choices and the vast difference in price, I decided to buy an inexpensive bed and then add whatever topper it required because I like a soft bed. Despite the fact that I find this mattress quite firm, I have been sleeping soundly on it for more than a week without a topper. It is not a soft bed but it does yield to your weight (approx 125lb), and I will get a topper when the really hot weather passes and sinking into a soft bed is less of an issue re heat, but I'm finding it entirely comfortable as it is right now. It plumped up within 24 hours, and there was absolutely no smell from the foam. I'm 100% happy with this purchase.

I ordered a 12" mattress for both of my kids on the same day in the same order and funny enough they were shipped from two different companies but they both showed up on the same day none the less and they were packaged well. They both inflated very quickly and they are nice and soft the kids are loving them. I had a quick lay down on them and they are super comfy. They don't even have a funny smell. We are very happy with our purchase.
