This stuff is AMAZING!! Absolutely magical. I have tried EVERYTHING to get my shower clean from hard water. It was yellow when we moved in. I've scrubbed with a magic eraser and abrasive cleaners, bar keepers friend, etc. I saw someone on tiktok recommend this product and wow. It started to eat away at the stain immediately. I left it on for about 10 minutes and rinsed off and my shower was brand new again! No scrubbing required! It also took hard water stains out of my toilet. 10000/10 recommend this product. Worth every penny.

Best product ever for the water in Santa Clarita. It immediately cleans those unsightly hard water rings. Smells fresh and looks shiny. I was out of it and had to use another product until my order came a couple days later. I used it once and it looked like new again. I love the Zep line of products.

I left this stuff in a rental toilet with a giant stain at the bottom that had become my nemesis. The battle was ON. Me and that gross stain. I had tried everything. Nothing worked. Left this stuff in overnight, came in next morning prepared to scrub for awhile and was met with a sparkling white toilet bowl. Not even kidding. Looked brand new. It not only gets rid of the stain, it does it all by itself. So now I’m a big Zep fan. And no, I don’t own stock in the company. I look for the products that seem to imply you just spray and leave a few minutes and wipe because this company knows something we don’t know. lol. This stuff is good.

I was a bit disappointed in how thin this cleaner is. Despite it being described by the manufacturer as having a "clinging formula" that provides "extended contact time," it is thinner than other t-bowl cleaners I've used. It does not cling well to the sides of the bowl. Even so, it does a good job on rust stains and mineral deposits. I've found that it works best on the tough stains by giving it a scrub, letting it soak for about an hour, doing another quick scrub and then flush. For more routine cleaning a soak of 5-10 minutes is fine. The scent is not bad for a cleaner. It's not as industrial smelling as other brands, but I'd stop short of describing it as smelling nice. On the plus side, the scent doesn't linger or is so strong that you need to air out the room when using it. One star down for the thinness, but a good performer on the tougher stains.

This is not one of my favorite cleaners. It does not smell bad, it does not have a strong smell. This product just eats through the yuck. I used it on my toilet, it got stains off that I have been trying to get off for the past three years that I have owned this house. I used it on my counters and sink hard water stains, it worked so well i used nothing more than a soft cloth and water with it and I also used it on black faucets full of hard water white chunky stuff. It all wiped right off. This is a solid product. I highly recommend and I absolutely love the brand new looking black faucets!!!

Anyone who lives in an older home or an area with hard water should get this and keep it on hand! I recently moved into a home built in 1988 that had rock-hard mineral or calcium deposes around circling the top of the water level in the toilet bowl. I researched for a product that can dissolve such deposits and the Zep Acidic bowl cleaner is like magic! It completely removed stuff I'd otherwise have had to sand down or something. Important - follow the directions and lower the water in some manner to expose the deposits, then apply the product and let it sit for a bit. Then swish it off with the toilet brush dipped in water. I used an empty plastic bottle to lower the water, by squeezing it, dipping it into the bowl and sucking water up into it a few times. You could also probably turn off the water at the shut-off valve, but since the area I needed to clean was just a thin line at the water level (rock hard, but not real deep) I chose to remove water manually. FYI - A good friend who lives nearby in an even older home had a much worse problem (dark buildups of calcium or minerals going deep into the bowl. After my success, I told her about this product and she's had incredible results. The stands were so deep and touch to remove they'd tought they'd need to replace the toilet (which still works perfectly). Zep removed the stains beautifully. Naturally, since the water quality won't change (and I'm not buying a water oftener), the buildups will happen from time to time. This product is cost-effective, easy to use, works amazingly, and easy to keep on hand for when you need it.

This stuff is legit! It took off water stains that were ten years old! I’ve used it everywhere that had hard water stains or build up! I’m obsessed! I used gloves and a scrub daddy. It’s a miracle cleaner! The smell is pretty awful but goes away quickly. Just bought four more bottles. Works awesome on tile grout too!

Literally the best product for removing toilet bowl stains which I had on all 3 toilets in our house. I had tried so many other home remedies and none of them worked. I used this product on all three toilets and in15 minutes all toilet bowls literally looked like new. I was skeptical and this product is a little pricey but it works without a doubt. Very happy with this purchase becasue it worked so well and so easy.

It worked as described, the yellowish hard water stain on toilet bowl has been completely removed without even scrubbing it, just leave the chemical for about 5 to 10 minutes on the place that has a stain. As for me I left it for about 10 minutes to give the product its time to react. I’m amazed because I’ve been using different kinds of products but didn’t work, but this one is the solution…👍🏻

I used this to get rid of a deposit in a toilet bowl that I thought was permanent. Before using, I made sure that most of the water was drained from the bowl then let the cleaner sit in it for 12 hours. I scrubbed and to my surprise, the deposit started to flake off. I did another 12 hour application and it removed the stain completely. The toilet bowl now looks great.
