Product Description
· Ultra Fine Mesh - This is a Grade 100 cheesecloth has high thread count(56x41), which is the ultra fine mesh filter available. Compared with grade 90,60 and 50, it is the better cheese cloths for straining nut milk, butter, fruit and other smaller impurities. · Cheese Cloths With Hemmed 2 Edges - Unlike traditional cheese cloths with raw edges, this cheesecloth uses a new type of machine to press up the long edges to be smooth edges and keep the short edges raw. It can effectively reduce the shedding of lint threads after cutting. · 100% Natural Cotton - This is a cheesecloth made of natural pure cotton, not bleached, so the color of the cloth is beige. The unbleached cloth will not have a chemical smell, only the natural cotton smell. · Cuttable as Needed - All hemmed cheesecloth is not suitable for on-demand cutting, as that would cut the carefully sewn threads of the artisan and cause the hem to fall apart. This hemmed 2 edges cheesecloth can be cut freely to the size you need. · One Cloth For Multiple Uses - This cheesecloth can be cut freely on demand. It can be used for drying goat milk, making soup bags and tea bags, canning, roasting turkeys, and also for table runner, decorating weddings and Halloween. Please choose the size of the cloth according to your needs.

Inspired by the famous techniques of Julia Child, I decided to use this cheesecloth to cook my turkey, and I must say, the results were absolutely fantastic! Firstly, the quality of the cheesecloth is top-notch. It's made of unbleached pure cotton and is both lint-free and ultra-fine mesh, which I believe played a crucial role in the even cooking and basting of my turkey. The cloth is reusable and washable, which is a huge plus for me, as I prefer sustainable kitchen tools. The size of the cloth (1 yard) was more than adequate for my large turkey. It was easy to drape over and tuck around the bird, ensuring that every part was evenly covered. What impressed me most was how the cheesecloth held up during the cooking process. It didn't tear or disintegrate, which has been my experience with lesser-quality cloths in the past. One of the best features is the hemmed edges – no fraying means I can use this cloth repeatedly without worrying about little threads getting into my food. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in the kitchen. Using the Julia Child technique, the cheesecloth helped keep the turkey moist and flavorful, leading to a juicy, tender bird that was the star of our Thanksgiving dinner. The flavors were locked in, and the skin turned out perfectly browned and crispy. My family couldn't stop raving about how good and yummy the turkey was! Exceeded my expectations. It's a simple tool, but it made a significant impact on my Thanksgiving cooking. I highly recommend it to any home cook looking for a reliable, high-quality cheesecloth, especially for special occasions. It's a game-changer for sure!

The eFond Cheesecloth is an absolute kitchen essential! I’ve used it for straining clarified butter, making cream cheese, and even for Halloween crafting. The 36 square feet allows me to cut it to the perfect size for any task. It’s sturdy and doesn’t fray, which is a huge plus. I’m especially impressed with how well it strains, leaving behind a smooth, delicious product every time. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

I'm making my own ricotta and was using the generic cheesecloth at the grocery store. The finer weave only requires one layer and the straining time is down to less that 5 minutes. Clean up is much easier and I don't feel that I'm wasting precious cheese stuck in the cloth. I have to save some of the whey to add back to the ricotta. Will order again

on the label it says if you boil for 15 min, the black particles go away. I boiled for 20 min, they are still there. Anyway, I still used it and it worked to strain my soymilk with a lot of effort, but that's cheesecloth for you

This comes as a single piece. Wasn’t aware if that. I must have not been paying attention. However, that aside, it was of great quality.

It's a good quality fabric but i though it would have finishes on the edges and not just cut with threads coming off.
