I’ve been using eSUN PLA filament for my 3D printing projects for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best filament brands out there. I’ve ordered multiple spools, and every time, the quality is consistently excellent. The filament feeds smoothly through my printer without any tangling or jamming issues – something I can’t say for some other brands I’ve tried. Never lets me down. Color is constistent. Width is within spec. It prints well and at good speeds. The pigment is dense and the color is uniform. It extrudes and adheres well. Works well in my AMS. Temps are standard . It came fairly dry and packed well with dessicant. The layer adhesion seems good. The finish isn't bad either. I'd get some. You'll like it.

This is my favorite general purpose filament. It prints easily and well. The resulting parts are surprisingly tough. I have used it in a variety of printers including Prusa and Bambu for years now. Note that this now comes on cardboard spools, and require adapter rings to use in the Bambu AMS. The one problem I have had with this filament is that if it is left under stress between prints for a day, it tends to break into pieces. This seems to depend very much on the local humidity. I see this problem in Seattle but not Toronto. I've learned to manage it by keeping the bend radius high on my feeder tubes.

Play Video I bought 4 colors, pink, skin tan, white and yellow in this PLA+ from eSun. Every single one is as brittle as glass. It prints well but I can’t keep it from snapping off anytime it’s touches or bent slightly. This has jammed my AMS 4 different times and at this point I don’t even use it in my AMS unit. I tried just using it on my side spool holder and it kept snapping every 5 minutes. My 2 hour print took 8 hours because it kept stopping and I’d have to feed the filament in again. It was like this out of the box, people keep saying it’s saturated with moisture but again out of bag they were all like this. They print fine with no signs of moisture. If it was 1 I wouldn’t mind but it’s every single spool. I literally threw 500kg of the white in the trash because I just got sick of it. I’ve NEVER thrown away filament before. I’d return it but it’s 24 days past Amazon return policy. I use to recommend eSun. But now I refuse to even use the spools I have. It just keeps snapping off in all the PTFE tube. I also can get SunLu for less with a better plastic spool that prints exactly the same. But isn’t brittle and much better quality. Sorry to say but do not buy eSun PLA+ unless you want it to snap everytime you look at it. Cant even change spools with out it causing issues. Again all colors have issues not just one batch or color sample.

The Cold White color is VERY white. It prints cleanly with a really bright opaque white color and a great surface finish. The standard White, however, is a real disappointment. It looks like recycled milk jugs with a dull translucent color. I noticed the print glowing from the inside just from LED in the Z axis touch sensor. The finished result is poor. Surface finish is good, but the semi-translucent off-white color isn't useful for a finished product. I'd only recommend it if you're going to paint it or use it for some internal structural parts that won't be seen.

This is a great filament. I’ve had great success with esun. I have run into some tangling issues as I’ve gotten close to the end if rolls, but nothing too problematic. This white is a cool, bright white, where a lot of other brands white is more warm, almost off white.

This filament was exactly what I needed for my recent 3D printing project – a Deadpool mask for my husband. The red color was incredibly vibrant and true to the character, adding a fantastic pop to the finished product. The filament itself was of excellent quality. It printed smoothly with minimal stringing and no clogging issues. I was very pleased with the overall strength and durability of the finished mask.

So far I have not experienced failure with this pla on my bambu lab a1. And the print comes out very nice.

Ich nutze das Filament für verschiedene Projekte und hatte bisher keine Probleme mit Verstopfungen oder Unebenheiten. Es lässt sich problemlos verarbeiten, haftet gut auf dem Druckbett und die Layer haften perfekt aneinander. Auch bei längeren Druckzeiten bleibt das Ergebnis konstant hochwertig. Für 1 kg Spule bekommt man hier wirklich ein Filament, das nicht nur für Anfänger, sondern auch für Fortgeschrittene perfekt geeignet ist. Ob funktionale Teile oder dekorative Objekte – das eSUN PLA+ liefert immer einwandfreie Ergebnisse. Fazit: Ein zuverlässiges Filament, das hält, was es verspricht. Super Preis-Leistung und absolut empfehlenswert für jeden 3D-Drucker!
