I LOVE these cameras. We occasionally have connection issues here and there, but overall the price, quality, functionality, video and sound quality are, incredible! My only real gripe so to speak would be the size, I do wish they were slightly smaller BUT I have found areas that they are hidden well.

I purchased two of these cameras in September of 2024 and within 2 months one camera was lagging so bad that it was almost impossible to use and the second wasn’t far behind. I would reset and it would work for a hour or two, maybe half a day sometimes then it wouldn’t connect to live feed at all. After a couple of weeks of trying everything I could to get it to work I contacted support and got the run around for almost a month. It was close to the holidays so I tried to give them some grace but they kept asking for the same camera logs over and over as well as screen shots of the app and screen recordings of the live feed not loading. They finally agreed to send a replacement which I have had set up for maybe a week and is now experiencing the same issues. After I began noticing issues I came back and found several reviews describing the same issues my camera is having but of course the return window had passed. I recommend not wasting your money on this camera model, I’ve now had three that don’t work. I have other models of their cameras that work fine, this one just seems to be garbage and they won’t own up to the issues at all.

This camera is a replacement for a Sony camera that was discontinued, and I like it better then the Sony camera it replaced. The video is crystal clear looks better then a tv scren picture. It is motion censored, follows movement perfectly. The app is easy to use. Very impressed.

The camera is amazing and highly recommended. It’s really easy to setup, requires a mini SD memory, once you insert it and plug it in, the eufy app takes care of the rest. I purchased the front door lock, video ring camera and now this indoor camera, and I have everything centralized on the app and also connected to my different Alexa devices. It’s an easy win and at a very convenient price

Things I wish I knew, this camera will NOT connect to the homebase 2 only the 3rd gen. It however will still integrate with your account/app but you must install a memory card unless you want to pay for cloud storage.

This camera works, it record decent quality videos and sending notifications if movement detected. There are a lot of setting and privacy more which turns camera away, AI tracking works, it's a good camera overall. But to me it has a little but very annoying shortcoming which make this camera hard to use. Initially I gathered a lot of information about this camera via Eufy web site and youtube reviews and selling point to me was that it has scheduler in the app which can manage camera modes, i.e. what time it's recording and notifies about movement and what time it is in privacy mode doing nothing. So my idea was that I'd set camera working when I'm away or sleeping and privacy mode when I'm at home. But it appeared that scheduler sounds alarm when it switches modes and sometimes this alarm is delayed for hour or two. Movement alarms works fine though, my experiments showed no more than 5 sec delay with alerts on movements. And scheduler alarm sound is the same as movement alarm, you can't change it. It's sort of Ok when you're at work but when scheduler alarm wakes you up - it's not good. Eufy support said that they might update it in next application/hardware upgrade and I hope they will. In the meantime I had to use a power outlet timer, so I just turn off/on camera power on schedule I need. It's not a very convenient thing, when camera powered off I can't do anything with it - i.e. quickly turn on from the app if I need it outside programmed time in power outlet timer or check past videos or change settings etc. So I made it sort of working but I'll hold buying another one unless Eufy fixes scheduler.

I bought it after reading some good reviews. Bought two different but similar items. C220 and c210. None of them connect to my wifi. The wifi modem is dual band and gives both 5 g and 2.4 g and despite selecting 2.4 g connectiin thru eufy app, it fails to connect. I guess I could have dug deeper with modem but since it is a new and decent modem, I did not think should mess around with my modem for this one camera where there are several other devices working fine with my modem. Returned the product.
