I bought this unit in Oct 2024 for use in a 1500sf single level home with vinyl floors throughout and area rugs in most rooms. Home is located outside Florence AZ, which is a dusty desert. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat that come indoors through a doggie door. We run it daily. Pros: *This vacuum has worked well sucking up dust and hair. *Unit does not clog or bind up on what it gets off the floor. *App tells you exactly what's wrong. *Rarely gets stuck - it's gotten stuck only 2 times since Oct (5 months) and both were due to the wash pad coming off after it got hung up on the edge of a rug. *Smart, no problems to run it on a schedule. *Kit to replace brush, wash bads, roller, and filter is reasonably priced (thank you). Cons: *Doesn't pick up cat litter (I use clay little), instead it spreads it over the house. *As others have mentioned, it's loud when it ejects the dust at its station. All in all, way better and smarter than the ones from years ago. Love that it cleans and mops my floors every day. I'll buy another when the time comes.

The wifey and I absolutely LOVE this thing! We call her Eva :) The vacuum AND mop both surprisingly work great! I love how its all automatic, empties and refills both the garbage and water compartments. Never had anything break or malfunction yet, we've had it for about 6 months. It even tells you when something is wrong, it knows exactly where and what it is, the app will inform you and show you a video of what to do, simple things like to empty the garbage compartment, or refill with clean water, or empty the dirty water. It will automatically wash, and dry the dual mop heads. The robot itself has dual compartments for garbage and water. Once either one is full or needs to be exchanged, it'll head back to the docking station and do its thing. The mapping tech is great too! You can see on the app where its been, what room, etc. We have an all wood floor house, and we run it frequently, like 3-5 times/week, cleans the whole house OR you can choose individual rooms. Our floors look and feel very clean! No dirty feeling on the bottom of your feet! I know its expensive, but trust me its worth having a vacuum AND mop!

I'm a tech research fanatic. Before I spend more than 10 dollars, I research the company, the product and if unsatisfied upon finally receiving the product, I send it back with honest feedback. We have a lower-priced robot vacuum that we have been using for a couple of years. We were more than happy with that one. It bounced around the house randomly vacuuming and kept our house pretty dog hair-free! Then we'd change the tank and we'd have it mop every couple of weeks or so and it did a fairly good job at that too. Never had a complaint. My mother wanted to give us a gift this past Christmas that made our life easier. One of us has cancer and it had become increasingly difficult to keep up with house chores with all the travel, the chemo appointments that were 3 states away and balancing a career on top of food shopping, doctors appointments and the list unfortunately goes on. I knew what I wanted because I was so impressed with the less-featured robot vac that we currently had and how it gave me back some time for other things. It still required managing while it was running, but so inspired me to research more featured units. My extensive research compared the Eufy Omni X10 with other much more expensive models. The review videos I saw online and magazine reviews I read occasionally had this model as a contender. Sweeping and mopping a 3000-square-foot home takes a lot of time. With that challenge also comes the age of the house. The transitions between older rooms and renovated rooms were a major obstacle for our current robot vac and mop, as well as having various-sized carpets on a parquet wood floor. It got stuck everywhere. The house constantly needed vacuuming and some of it needs vacuuming and mopping fairly frequently. Daunting for a machine to handle? Not this one...I am continually amazed by the precise cleaning this little robot does. Upon initial setup, it took itself on a tour of our entire house (unaided by me) and mapped the house perfectly. I then went in and named the rooms and chose an easily customizable routine to do a food cleanup in our kitchen every night after dinner; it wakes up at 9 PM, heads to the kitchen and vacs and mops the whole floor, even has a setting to mop the edge which, takes a little longer, but impresses me. I now just sweep all the counter crumbs and bits and pieces of small food prep right onto the floor and walk away. I also have an every other day program that vaccuums some rooms, and both vac and mops other rooms. Bathrooms, I have it clean twice every other day. The unit knows when I've moved furniture and is able to go back and forth during it's cleaning cycle to empty the dust bag. clean it's mop heads, dry them off, get a little charge and head back to where it left off. I also have 2 Jack Russells who shed a lot and get their dirty little paws on everything. The bot takes care of their little (filthy muddy) paw marks and the hair too. I never see it. The only thing you need to do is take care of filling it with fresh water (and cleaning solution that you can buy separately from Eufy) and empty the dust bag and dirty water tank when it tells you. When the bot empties itself, it's about as loud as a normal vac so, I have it clean in the daytime so it doesn't interrupt sleeping. I also diligently clean the dirty mop tank and the tray the bot sits on in the home base. It's the least I can do for something that has given me back hours each week to enjoy with my spouse. I don't give 5 stars easily to any product. But I can't recommend anything more strongly than this very smart little vac/mop bot. As always, order replacement items when you buy it, get an extended warranty and take care of it to ensure a long lifespan. This is a great product. Now, if we only had a drone duster bot that could also do windows. I'm sure it's coming and when it comes to housework, I'll get that as well.

I was very skeptical but hey I could return it if not satisfied. Well no more skepticism this thing really works and works very well. My house has area rugs, tile and wood floors. This thing does it all. Maps very accurate; tracks extremely well. Does a coordinatated back and forth cleaning easily transitioning between floors. It vacuums and mops well. Easy to program, easy to change out vacuumed debris and waste water. Battery life superb!! Navigation around obstacles amazing. I am happy that I bought this product. Quality product, does what it was intended to do very well. Big improvement over older robots. Excellent value for the price. Most highly recommended!!!

I can't fault the mopping function, it's great, but the device infrequently gets stuck when transitioning to carpet. The carpets I'm referring to are not high or thick.

I can really appreciate this machine. It is very intuitive and makes the weekend work load that much more attainable and complete. I have two floors, a little over 1000 squ ft per floor and I was finding my weekends consumed with "catch up" cleaning. The addition of this machine is as beneficial as the dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. It is doing most of the work so you don't have to. I just need to do the daily wipe down of the surfaces and this machine will take care of the floors. I try and use it daily, that's the true benefit of this machine. With daily use I have found the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner. I can spend more time on the hard to reach areas and focus on other tasks. I enjoy the fact that I can plan my cleaning as well. The machine mapped my home rather quickly (and on it's own), I was happy about that. It seems to be getting better and better at getting around the house. I have managed to figure out how to separate rooms, insert no go zones, and tailor the cleaning to a room by room need. As a first time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I must say I am very impressed. Is it as good as what I would do? No. But it is much better at keeping the daily mess at bay so I can focus on other things. I would recommend this product as I have read the reviews, looked other models up on line for three months prior to finally making this purchase. I took the feed back to heart in this product profile and am happy to report that the other reviews are accurate. Consider some of the negative feed back as an opportunity to understand. Reading about the other options out there from the cheaper to the more expensive, I found this one to be quite good overall. The app is great for telling me how to maintain the machine parts, I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance of your home assisting cleaning supplies. The better care they receive the better cleaning ability they can produce.

Been using the eufy X10 Pro for around 4 months now and it is safe to say that my family can not live without this machine even again. We use it for daily sweeps for entire main floor, with deep clean mopping once a week. The app is very easy to use and set up custom cleaning profiles. We find that the machine cleans up pet hair better than we ever could while sweeping, and it is so convenient when it returns to home base to drop off everything it has sucked up. Pros: very strong suction good mapping and obstacle avoidance, although it gets uncomfortably close to the stairs decent app, easy scheduling Cons: all that suction is quite loud, especially returning to offload at home base. We try to schedule the clean just before we return home to avoid the noise Overall we love this product, will update if we have any serviceability issues int the future

Pros: - mops and vacuums simultaneously, empties itself and cleans and dries mop pads on its own! - the app allows custom cleaning including cleaning only certain zones as well as selecting the type of cleaning for each area you want - for example, I can deep clean just the kitchen floors and regularly clean and mop the rest - the app allows scheduling for when I want it to clean automatically, how often and where exactly - avoids and detects things on the floors and avoids them - allows use on multiple floors with multi-map enabled - maintenance tasks are managed by the app and shown clearly when needed Cons: - when the vacuum empties, it's loud for a few seconds - did not go under my sofa and table - this is a big drawback for me - The unit returns to the station frequently to clean and wash mop cloths as well as in the middle of cleaning to recharge the unit - so cleaning time does run long - needs a bit of space around the unit for set up I run the unit overnight or really early in the morning to always have clean floors. After mealtime, I have a scenario set up to deep clean - (vacuum and mop) the kitchen area in front of the stove and fridge and only vacuum around and under the table. I've had another brand of robot vacuum that allowed mopping if you changed the tank, and the vacuum needed to be emptied manually after every cleaning. It worked well for me but I found I rarely used the mopping feature as once it was done vacuuming, it would need to charge, and by the time it charged, I had either mopped already or moved on to other things This unit has saved me a ton of time as it doesn't need much intervention, and my floors have never been cleaner! I love all the customizations, but the only major drawback is that it is not slim enough to clean under my sofa or my coffee table.

10 yrs ago I tried various robovacs and vacmop devices and hated them all. Well, the technology has improved and this device is absolutely worth every penny! 1. It accepts multiple maps! I have 5 maps for my home with multiple levels. 2. No need to drag the base to different floors. It cannot mop without the base, but it can vacuum without the base! 3. I have a shag carpet. A REAL shag carpet. This vacuum effortlessly climbs up and down & does a descent vacuum job on max. Which mean this device has no issues with room transitions, either. 2. Mapping is quick, easy and accurate the first time. Best of all it sees where the floor ends for stairs or drop-offs and automatically avoids them! No more falling vac! No need to set a “no-go” zone and pray! 3. Mopping isn’t a scrub but it certainly far surpasses any other auto device I’ve used. Far better than those with swiffer-style wet sheets. And the auto mop clean and dust extract is awesome. 4. If the brush gets caught up with hair or a cable, the brush is easily removed and replaced for easy extraction. 5. Love that I can schedule it to clean automatically every evening.
