This portable Apple watch works great on the go. I tested it on my Apple watch that was completely dead I wanted to see how long it would take to charge and how much battery I would have left. I charged my Apple watch for about 3 hours, but it took the whole battery to charge. I don't know about the 1-1.5 times faster part. It is lightweight and comes with a cord that you plug on the side to recharge the battery.

I just recently started using the sleep function to see how many times I wake up during the night. I was out for my daily walk which I track through my watch. When it told me the battery was low with 2 miles left to go, well you can see why a device like this became a good idea to have. It has indicator lights - Check! nothing worse than not knowing. it has a metal case (really, its some kind of light weight metal) it has that trickle charge feature that prevents overcharging when the watch is at 80% - knda cool I like that I can charge my watch anywhere I have mixed emotions because it takes so long to charge my watch. The 1st time id did I timed it with a calendar! Some how, though, it has gotten better. Still 2+ hours to charge a watch? who has the time? It also doesn't have a strong magnetic attraction for the watch. The watch slides off in any position that doesn't allow the band to hang freely. I prop mine up on a corner of a table. So maybe, on one of those long, long long, long long long Disney days maybe then its a good idea. It still gets 4-stars (perhaps 3 and a half). I see the need for this. But for me its the application
