The iVANKY 8-in-1 Docking Station for the ASUS ROG Ally is nothing short of a game-changer. As someone who demands top-notch quality and seamless functionality from my tech accessories, this docking station exceeds expectations on all fronts. Right out of the box, it's clear that iVANKY has put a lot of thought into the design. The sleek and sturdy build is a perfect match for the ROG Ally, complementing its aesthetic while providing a robust and reliable connection. The materials feel premium, and the compact design ensures it doesn’t clutter your workspace—ideal for both gaming and professional setups. Setting it up is a breeze. The plug-and-play functionality ensures that even those who aren't tech-savvy can get it up and running in no time. Simply connect your ROG Ally, and you're ready to go. The docking station instantly expands your device's capabilities with its impressive 8-in-1 features, including HDMI, USB-C, USB-A, SD/TF card readers, and more. Whether you’re connecting to an external monitor, transferring files, or charging multiple devices simultaneously, this dock handles it all with ease. The quality of the connections is impeccable. I experienced zero lag when connecting to my 4K monitor, and data transfer speeds were lightning-fast. The USB-C Power Delivery ensures my devices stay charged without any hiccups, even during intense gaming sessions. Overall, the iVANKY 8-in-1 Docking Station is a must-have accessory for any ASUS ROG Ally owner. *IMPORTANT * If you want to play at 1080 p 120 hz you NEED a 100 watt power supply. The ally x power supply will work BUT if you try to play on a high rez or high refresh rate it doesn’t work as well and the sound will pause and crackle every few secs. So if you just want to use the ally x power supply or something with a lower wattage you’re going to need to play at like 720p Just wanted to add that bc I purchased the dock by itself and had issues at first. Other than that it’s an awesome dock. Decent price, good size, picture looks decent even when I played on 720p on a 70” screen. It’s super easy to use its plug n play basically. I 100% recommend it

I recently purchased the iVANKY docking station and was impressed with its functionality and design. Unfortunately, my initial unit encountered a minor issue. I contacted iVANKY’s support team, and their response was outstanding. Bella from their support team promptly arranged for a replacement, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The replacement unit works flawlessly, meeting all my expectations. It efficiently handles multiple devices, provides fast charging, and keeps my workspace organized. I also want to commend iVANKY’s exceptional customer service. Their quick resolution and professionalism made the experience stress-free. It’s clear they stand behind their products and value their customers. I highly recommend the iVANKY docking station for its quality and the company’s top-notch support.

This is awesome. It fits my ROG Ally WITH the DBRAND Killswitch shell on it. However, be aware if you use battery care mode on your ROG Ally. I noticed it was draining battery while docked. I thought it was the dock itself but found it was a software issue with the Ally. After some troubleshooting; this is the best dock I've have so far with it

If you want 30 watts turbo and vrr on your tv/monitor it works great if your tv supports it, just make sure you use the adapter your rog came with or one that's 100 watts . It didn't work at first and I was only getting 480p but swapped to my 8k hmdi that I got from Amazon for 9.99 on and it works great with it. I don't know if that's a dock issue or just a finicky hdmi issue regardless easy fix. So far works perfectly if anything changes I'll update this review. If you still see this it's still working perfectly for me ;) .

Gosh, i really thought this was it, both my Legion Go and GPD Win 4 2024 seats in the docking slot just right. but.. one major problem, HDMI takes over 15 seconds to stablelize the HDMI sync, screen would flash 2nd time before its viewable. on both hand helds. If i revert back to my Legion Go's official docking station, I don't have any HDMI issues it syncs as fast as in 3 seconds. but then my GPD WIN 4 does not seat well with Legion GO dock.... I seen this slow HDMI sync behavior in UGREEN as well... so returning.

I bought this primarily to dock it to my LG 43 4k led. It connected with no problems. I also put 2 usb dongles in the back to use a portable keyboard and mouse. Didn't want to connect my bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I also used a bootable USB stick in the 3rd usb input, to back up my 2TB ssd with Acronis. Pressed power and Volume (-) button on the ally and the Bios menu came up. Went to boot menu at bottom and picked the Usb stick to boot and it did without a hitch. So far, there are no problems with this docking station at all.

Its a great dock, good build quality, has ethernet, hdmi and 3 USB-A ports alongside power delivery port which are good enough for attaching additional gamepads, mouse/keyboards to operate Asus Rog Ally as a full desktop pc. Its just plug and play and offers good sturdy stand for rog ally. I got it for around Rs. 5650 with card offers on sale and for this price or around 6k I think its worth it. I am able to use Turbo 30W mode of rog ally on this using rog ally's adapter but a adapter upto 100W could also be used with this (this doesn't come with any power adapter). Also, I have a 150Mbps connection and using the lan cable I am able to see it using full bandwidth.. I have also tried copying files using Lan from another computer to this and I am able to see 100MB + (Megabytes) per second data transfer speed which is great.

Works perfectly with the ROG Ally, you can game and charge whilst also connecting a monitor/TV via HDMI.

PD is working with the original charger. I can go up to 4k 60hertz via connected to the TV. Using 1G fiber connection, speedtest download:835Mbps upload:940Mbps So far so good works well as intended via desktop mode.
