For the money , hands down great knife. I’ve been in the BBQ business for 30 years and I have high knives I use every day. This knife is as sharp and stays sharp as well as knives that cost 5 times as much. If you do a lot of slicing, you’ve got to try this knife out. You won’t be disappointed.

I got this 7 inch knife $ 29 with offer,two days ago . It’s good and sharp . Now i am looking same company 3.5 inch knife . Bur price is little high on offer it is $25. so no big difference between 7 inch big and 3.5 small knife.🤔
