The hunt for a robot mop led me down a path of mistaken identity. I was drawn to the Roborock Q Revo Max V with its voice control features and AI pet identification, but similar names and appearances on Amazon resulted in me accidentally picking up the Pro at a lower price point. While I initially felt like I missed out on some cool features, the Q Revo Pro has become a welcome surprise. Powerful Performance on Hard Floors The Q Revo Pro may not have all the bells and whistles of the Max V, but it delivers where it counts. The suction power effectively tackles dirt and pet hair on hard floors, leaving them clean. The dual spinning mops ensure a sparkling finish, and the self-emptying dock is a game-changer, eliminating the chore of constantly emptying the dustbin. A Capable Cleaning Companion The Q Revo Pro efficiently navigates my home using its sensors to avoid obstacles. While it doesn't integrate with voice assistants or offer the advanced features of the Max V, it still provides a solid cleaning solution. A Solid Choice for Hard Floors, and I Kept It! Though I was aiming for the voice-controlled experience and AI pet identification, the Q Revo Pro has become a reliable cleaning partner at a more affordable price point. Its strong cleaning performance on hard floors, convenient self-emptying dock, and user-friendly app make it a worthwhile option for anyone seeking a powerful and budget-conscious hard floor mop. I'm truly happy with this purchase and haven't even considered returning it! Lesson Learned: Double-checking those model numbers is crucial! Clear Communication for Clear Instructions 1 to 300 debacle an amusement I needed. Even with the Roborock website offering a fantastic solution - a clear picture graph outlining pictures of how many caps you use? People just weren't getting it. 1 to 300 is not that difficult, I can only imagined the amusement to the same question over and over again. I frequently visit the ripple Rock website just to feel better now LOL 🤟🏼 we love you! Roborock

This robot vac / mop has been great to far. Easy to set up, mapped the house perfectly, does a great job vacuuming wood floors and carpet, absolutely great job mopping, and like the app so far but still figuring that out. I upgraded to this model because of how you basically set it and forget it with the large water reservoirs and how it cleans the mop heads with hot water and dries them with warm air. So far it is working as advertised with us not having to do anything for about 3 weeks and it (named it Big Buddy) doing it’s job. I got this unit on sale for around $650 and so far well worth the money and I would recommend the upgrade for the reasons listed above! Update after a month of use: Still love this unit. Working as described above. Also, have used the app now and it works great. I especially like the no-go zones. The only issue I have seen is a lack of customization on the scheduling. We only need to mop every couple of weeks but you have to set it up for weekly at a minimum, if you are scheduling.

I bought this about six months ago and have been using it continuously since then, so this isn't a first impressions review, but one from a seasoned user. I'm really happy with it. My first floor is mostly glossy tile, and the Qrevo Pro does a great job mopping it, which is especially useful in the kitchen where there is a lot of foot traffic and where things tend to fall onto the floor. Even when the floor looks pretty clean, after a cleaning cycle, the dirty water bucket is a filthy dark gray color. I have an older Roomba from 2015 that has better vacuuming power and vastly outperforms this Roborock on carpet, but it can't mop. The Qrevo doesn't have a soft roller, instead opting for a rubber roller. It's clearly designed more for mopping than for vacuuming, and since that's what my use case is, it works excellently. I set the vacuuming power to max and it is able to vacuum everything off the tile floor, not leaving behind hairs or crumbs or anything. I don't run it on my carpeted areas because it's pretty useless (it does know to not spray water or use the mops on the carpet). In these six months, the only maintenance I've done is to wipe the sensors once, empty the dust bag once (it's actually supposed to be thrown away when full but I'm cheap), and empty/refill the water tanks every few runs. It does occasionally eat things it shouldn't, but not very often, and at least it is easy to locate since the app tells me where it is. Back when I used the Roomba (no app), more often than not it'd get stuck somewhere and then I'd have to hunt under every piece of furniture to find it. So to summarize, now I do less work than before to have a much cleaner floor!

It’s a good vacuum but i have noticed in last 2 days it missed few crumbs while vacuuming and didn’t mopped a dirty spot properly( left streak). Although it’s a 2 days old vacuum, I will update in sometime if the performance remains same or it changes. Edit: after updating firmware and playing with different cleaning modes, I have no complaints with vacuuming performance.
